  1. My bf and I will probably have to change ours too.! There was a time I was worried we'd miss our Oct wedding plan but now it seems that may be too late 😂
  2. he does more concrete projections as he gets closer, this is probably 'earliest' you'd hear and then add a couple months for the fact USCIS is weird and spreads it out but progress is progress!!
  3. ahhhh why didn't YT notify me?! Thanks! Off to watch 🏃‍♀️
  4. The case unavailable is normal. If you look at case history that should be accurate
  5. Look at dec filers on VJ they post numbers regularly. It's difficult for VJ to say what they're processing as they're processing both end Nov and Dec right now so VJ isn't wrong but it's not full picture. They've been processing a month+ spread instead of usual week or two
  6. They did but last 20% is lower priority I guess. They quote processing time as 'we process 80% of cases in x time' so as long as they're getting 80% done fast, last 20% is kinda expendable sadly. It's really unfair but that's the way they're working to tackle processing time 😭
  7. They continue working on them, it's just slower cause you're getting less than 10 approvals/rfes a day at that point. July, Aug and Sept are all about 8-15 approvals etc a day v the 100 in dec
  8. That's not how it works. They look at all dates about equally so you'll usually see last days of the month getting approvals at about the same rate as people at the start of the month because they don't go in order. Last 20% will be spread across the month. Everyone would file start of month if it meant they got guaranteed fast approval
  9. I can look up what they include in processing maybe. I think I've asked before, I believe it's anything where a case changes (approval/rfe/denial). We don't usually count other or rfer. They're scanning the full range. 2020-2023 or something like that
  10. I think each person gets a case load, you'll see the monthly spread is about even and RFE rate stays fairly consistent, you'd expect more at end of a month if they left complicated cases. I think it's purely luck of draw, last 20% is always slower. They start a new month at about 50% and such focus at 80% Think it's purely for their own numbers, last 20% of people are just unlucky.
  11. There was superbowl, vday and maybe people taking Friday off for long weekend. Wouldn't read too much into them being down 100 on a week like this. Still been a great month
  12. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sN2bo1xZhs8oVU6-QDUdBXBX2_ci8_QJ0wiz59Gp6H4/edit#gid=0 look back a page or two to see the daily scans to see how many specifically for december. They will post again wed-sat (mon is a hol so no scan update tues)
  13. dunno why 19th but 18th is a sunday, they don't work on sundays
  14. Yeah predictability is what I really need. This seeming randomness is too much!
  15. Yeah my issue is I need at least 3 of those 6 months to put in notice at work and my apartment etc so the time is mostly spoken for already 😂 Main issue is I just started a new job and need some experience and money before I move. Also exhausted, not ready to pack up again as just moved to this country.
  16. K1 (fiancee visa) support group Also yup I know I'm an outlier, I applied expecting a yr+ and have a lot going on so can't have the timeline shortned too much 💀 10-11months for NOA2 would be ace but sooner and oh no
  17. Yeah I dunno either. Only case I've seen from California early though so it seems a rogue one. I really hope it doesn't vary crazy. I'd love for others to get it asap, just not me. I can't get a NOA2 within next 6 months without chaos 💀 Uscis stressing me tf out
  18. Ah yh I'm looking at july-dec, no idea what Anna's pref is but ty
  19. Sorry on mobile this week and struggle to look at large spreadsheets well, is that from all I-129f or just the July-dec 2021 batch?
  20. Sorry @Anna Hessler my week has been work, sleep, repeat. Did you manage to find numbers? I think all filer posts got updated this week with missing numbers last week but let me know if you're missing anything
  21. Someone ran a scan recently for jan and didn't see any updates so I think they're mostly older/expedites. I haven't seen any real movement on Jan. Maybe a rogue case gets picked up but no real chatter for Jan seen anywhere.
  22. They're running the full range, most scans are just july-dec, oct-dec and such. As another user pointed out this means their number processed will include cases ahead of your noa1 (eg 2023 cases)
