Unfortunately , they just received their passport and would be the first time ever applying for a tourist visa. I appreciate your replies. I will go ahead and apply and research best supporting documents I can come up to help the chances for my family. Even if its just one of my brothers, I will be thankful.

I know others mentioned that Me paying for the trip will be a red flag, but in this scenario with just my younger brothers who are still in school and no job yet applying, will that still be considered a red flag? i just want to show proof of support that they will not be a hinderance over here during their trip and they have the funds of returning back home to the Philippines. thank you so much for your reply! Then i would have to wait and reassess what can be improved and reapply the ones that are not approved. Just a thought, do my younger brothers have a better chance at getting approved then my parents also i would be their main source of providing for their trip.

how about for my 4 younger brothers that are still in school without a job? how do i make a better argument for them for their ties back home in the philippines? Thank you

I understand now that will be red flag. what is your opinion if i send money to their bank accounts? planned reunion trip will be 2024 They are a poor family. and i just want them to experience just a short time my life over here in the states as well as letting my mom be with her future first grandbaby

Do you think sending money to their bank accounts now will look better for them? considering appointment will take 100 days and the planned reunion family trip wont be until 2024.

Hello, I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post but just wanting honest opinions and tips regarding my concerns. I am a Filipino citizen with a 10 year green card married to a USC. I will be applying for my family a tourist visa to US from Manila Philippines for short duration vacation trip. Family consist of 4 younger brothers all in college/high-school and my parents . I will be sponsoring their trip as they do not have that much money. My parents own a house and have a small family business. My concern are if the chances are low of approval if they apply all together or should I schedule different timing . There are NO intentions to illegally immigrate and I'm trying to figure out best plan to increase chances of approval. I am paranoid that the CO will assume that my family is trying to immigrate all together resulting in a denial. I am open to any honest opinion and tips regarding this concern of mine especially since I will be applying /paying for all 6 of them and missing them so much.
