  2. Wanted to update the thread with my case: Today I got an update on my N400. It was approved and oath was finally scheduled for 5/16/23. My ceremony was scheduled 69 days after my interview N400 filing to oath timeframe: 215 days
  3. Today I got an update on my N400. It was approved and oath was finally scheduled for 5/16/23. My ceremony was scheduled 69 days after my interview N400 filing to oath timeframe: 215 days Almost there. Does anyone know if I can bring my wife and 2 year old to the ceremony?
  4. I finished my n400 interview at the seattle FO on 2/17/23. They gave me a decision cannot be made notice because of the I751 hadn’t been transferred to the office yet. I was told that I should be scheduled for an oath within 1-2 weeks. I don’t hear anything until 4/12. The ROC today showed approved and a new card is being mailed to me. The n400 status still says interview scheduled. this is really weird. I thought they were going to transfer my case and then approve both followed by an oath ceremony. has any one seen this happen ? Should I be concerned ? Why are they mailing me a new green card instead of just wrapping up the n400?
  5. Today there was finally an update on my ROC. It flipped to Card is being produced. A little weird because it was supposed to be transferred to the Seattle FO where I have already finished my N400. Now I wonder when the Seattle FO will schedule the oath. Has this happened to anyone ? total time for approval of ROC was 544 days. Receipt on 10/15/21 and approval today.
  6. As suspected, it was the 48 month extension letter. Sigh. Back to the waiting game.
  7. I already did my n400 interview. Passed but the officer gave me a decision cannot be made notice due to pending i751. He said I would get oath in 1-2 weeks. I’m at week 6 with no word now.
  8. Thanks. That’s good but frustrating. I’m just waiting now for the oath to be scheduled because my i751 file wasn’t at the field office when I did my n400 interview.
  9. Have something in the mail today from USCIS. I’m hoping it’s the oath letter but the online account status hasn’t changed for my i751 or n400 (biometrics reused and interview scheduled respectively). Has anyone gotten the oath in the mail before online account updates ?
  10. Adding my case. Seattle FO. i751 files on 10/15/23 i751 bio reuse 12/29/23 n400 interview 2/17/23 decision cannot be made response but officer said everything looked good and he would approve. He also said to expect oath within 1-2 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks today and no response.
  11. Hit my 3 weeks today. Nothing yet. Any luck anyone else?
  12. Thanks for sharing. I don’t feel so alone now. What expectation for the oath did the officer set for you when you left ?
  13. It’s now been 2 weeks since my N400 (3 year rule with ROC) interview was completed. The officer said everything looked good and will be approving but can’t do same day oath because the ROC file was in another database and needs to be transferred over. He said I should expect an oath in 1-2 weeks. Since that time my USCIS account just reads “Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible.” for every case listed 😳. No word from USCIS. does anyone have any similar experiences or knowledge to share ? When should I expect an oath invitation? I tried calling them and they just said to wait for it in the mail.
  14. I had my naturalization appointment today (via 3 year rule, ROC pending). The interview itself was super smooth and I was told I passed and was approved for naturalization but the IO didn’t have the ROC on hand to review and therefore I can’t do the oath same day. He said it will be transferred within 24 hours to the FO and will be scheduled for oath within 1-2 weeks. While disappointing I was relieved to have passed this milestone and now only have the oath remaining. did anyone else have this situation ? Any idea how long it actually takes to get the path scheduled?
  15. Interesting. My appointment is very early in the morning (so I'm hoping no reason to not have same day oath). Do you or anyone know why you wouldn't have same day oath? Also on the passport - should I call and make an appointment prior to my citizenship interview so I'm prepared or will they not allow that?
