  1. I'm almost done filling out 129-F but having a bit of a dilemma. The application and instructions to me, they read different. This is on Part 3 section 4a. I-129F Application: Part 3 section 4.a. Criminal Information. Indicate whether you have ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, for any offenses other than those you have already outlined in the previous section excluding traffic violations (unless a traffic incident was alcohol- or drug-related or involved a fine of $500 or more)? I-129F instructions: Part 3 section 4.a. Criminal Information. Indicate whether you have ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, for any offenses other than those you have already outlined in the previous section. Unless a traffic incident was alcohol- or drug-related or involved a fine of $500 or more, you do not need to provide information on it. I got arrested in the late 80’s for DUI, and the court dropped it to neg driving right before we were going to trial. Just wondering if I need to include it or not. And if anyone has been in the same situation and what did you do.
