Go back to page 23 of this thread and there is a bunch of case numbers with pending cases since 2022. They started adjudicating some 2023 cases but that doesn't mean all 2022 are done. They don't go by date as they say.
Impressive, one of the rare 52 weeks at DOS, sometimes I wonder if certain backgrounds or job classes complicate DOS processing more than others or not.

Congrats to both of you. Did you try to expedite or contact congressman before resorting to WoM?
Do you recommend trying those before the Mandamus or go straight for WoM when we are out of processing timeline?
If you go back to page 23 and 24 of this thread you will find a bunch of case numbers you can track on DOS website… it’s all anonymous so it doesn’t really matter.
We’re almost at the end of fiscal year 2023 and they didn’t release 2022 statistics. My guess is they are delaying the release until after the finish processing all 2022 cases!! Which will take forever with their snail pace
