Hello, I am an AmCit who filed a petition I-130 for my adult child (unmarried 21/more older) in March 2019. I received a notice back to April 2019 that my case will be processed by California Visa Center and I am waiting for its process. According to the normal processing time estimate, 69 months are necessary for its process but according to the current visa bulletin, times are getting even longer than expected for F1 category. I am 70 years old and suffer from asthma and hepatic steatosis, can this be a good subject to expedite my daughter case?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
