    You sound like a racist anti immigration but I am a business owner and have a well settled life here. I want to share that life with my siblings! I don't see anything wrong with using my legal right. Now please keep your anti immigration nose away from my post! No one asked for your advice about what I should do!     USCIS official website. I have always used it and it usually takes way less time than what the processing time shows according to data on their website.

    Is it possible to apply for the UK spousal visa if my i751 is pending in the US. It's been 2.5 years overall and I have been divorced for more than a year. My naturalization application is also pending so I dont want to lose it at this point.

    Hi, My i751 is pending. I have an expired green card and an extension letter. Just wondering if I am travelling and meanwhile the petition gets an update and its rejection what happens then. Can I still come back? What are my options?
