  1. I did a public inquiry requesting the case number and invoice number. I asked for the Kftp letter and they sent it as a reply
  2. They replied this morning with the case and invoice number
  3. Don’t schedule the medical until you have an interview date. The medical expires after 6 months and you need that when you apply for adjustment of status. I recommend checking how behind appointments are for the Medical and if they are behind you can schedule that first.
  4. No. I sent a public inquiry on February 19th 3 days later they replied no case number yet. It was sent to DOS on February 12th. I see they are working on the 18th so I sent another PI today.
  5. Yes. Ours was approved January 27th and sent to DOS on February 12th.
  6. I think you are totally correct. Lots of evidence and all supporting documents.
  7. Unfortunately DOGE will just lay off all the employees so let’s hope they don’t look into it too soon.
  8. Our case was approved on January 27th and sent to DOS February 12th. We are excited for the next step.
  9. Thank you for creating this thread. nOA2 date for me is January 27th.
  10. Does anyone know if they will want the marriage license with the divorce decree. In my state that is challenging to get. Thanks.
  11. I paid the fee online yesterday with a credit card (October 5th) schedule biometrics for October 15th however the 8th was available and the interview November 4th.
  12. I just applied and got the biometrics for Tuesday October 8th and interview November 4th so less then 30 days now
  13. Migrated to where. Qatar is saying if it has been over 10 years since being in Qatar they won’t issue policy clearance. Not sure what to do.
  14. Worked like a charm. You’re a life saver. Thank you so much. Only need one form of ID no letter ❤️❤️❤️
  15. No number 3. I think I have decided to do a CR1 even though it takes longer then the I-129F for a K3 knowing it probably won’t matter
  16. In 2007 I filed the I-129F for my Fiancé She came to the US and we got married. 14 years later we got a divorce. Then I found love again and filed the I-129F to bring my new Fiancé. NOA1 date was August 16 2023. We broke up in November. I went back to her home country in January to try and fix it however I made it worse, I sent a request to withdraw the case on February 14 2024 however it was approved NOA2 on February 29th. I then sent a withdrawal notice to the NVC and they sent my potation back the the USCIS to expire. I now am working on filing again. Item Numbers 5.a. - 5.d. Multiple Filer Waiver Request. You must request a waiver of the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) filing limitations if: 1. You are filing this petition on behalf of your fiancé(e) and you previously filed Form I-129Fs on behalf of two or more fiancé(e) beneficiaries; or You are filing this petition on behalf of your fiancé(e), you have previously had a Form I-129F approved, and less than two years have passed since the filing date of your previously approved petition So it looks like in order to file another K1 application I will need to file for the waver with my I-129F application. Does anyone know how successful that is or how long it takes? I am thinking about going back and Marring her so It won't matter. Any suggestions or knowledge would be suggestions.
  17. Ya I see on track my visa now they have approved 1185 cases filed in January and 176 cases from February.
  18. I agree. The track my visa site is saying we could hear something back by March 19 2024. I can dream at least 😁. I see people that filed in November are hearing back. Fingers crossed.
  19. Hi. I started a thread for August 2023 I-129F filers.
  20. Hello...Welcome! For those who have just filed your I-129f application with USCIS, this thread has been created for your needs and for you to be with others experiencing different aspects of this journey. This is a place to ask questions and to share experiences. All are here to learn together. Stay patient because this is a long process currently running 12-16 months for your NOA2 or petition approval by USCIS (first stage). Then your petition will be sent to NVC which runs about 6-8 weeks processing (second stage) and finally your interview at the embassy (third stage). Also, do not compare yourself to others....Some will receive NOA-2 faster than others, some will be stuck at NVC for longer and then finally some will receive interviews fairly quickly at embassy. STAY PATIENT! Please create the timeline in your profile. Also note that USCIS goes by "Received date" : Example I-129 F Sent – August 14, 2023 I-129 F Received – August 16, 2023 (NOA-1) I-129 F - Notice Date – August 18, 2023 In this example your NOA-1 should be August 16th. This will help you fill out your timeline properly.
  21. I don’t understand why people aren’t using this site anymore. It is so much better than a FB group. There are such great resources here. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.
  22. Hi everyone, Did no one file the I-129F in July? I just mailed mine today and was excited to post my celebration about finishing that very complex and time consuming packet. Haha. Yay for me 😁🎉 Also I don’t see a topic here yet for August 2023. take care Tim and Joan
  23. Everyone is happy for you and trying to be accurate for you and other members here. Knowledge is power and we need all of that to deal with the USCIS. The correction and other timeframe info was also for other members here like me that are on the edge of our seats trying to get our loved ones to the US. Thanks again for your post. It gives us all hope.
