In 2007 I filed the I-129F for my Fiancé She came to the US and we got married. 14 years later we got a divorce. Then I found love again and filed the I-129F to bring my new Fiancé. NOA1 date was August 16 2023. We broke up in November. I went back to her home country in January to try and fix it however I made it worse, I sent a request to withdraw the case on February 14 2024 however it was approved NOA2 on February 29th. I then sent a withdrawal notice to the NVC and they sent my potation back the the USCIS to expire. I now am working on filing again.
