  1. so, the best way to contact a live [person in the center is choose option for scheduling an interview there..However, in our case, it said on the I-140, to start contacting them, if our file wouldn't be moved to NVC in 30 days. After 30 days, when we called, they told us to wait full 90 days, and only then to start contacting them, through that interview option on the phone. But in total, it took us 4 months, for NVC to create our file eventually. I don't know what to tell you. It is very frustrating, but nothing else you can do. Hopefully, it will go quicker for you. On a side note... is your interview consulate going to be Paris? Do you know by chance the wait time for the E visasa interview there? Thank you.
  2. they make you wait for 90 days since the approval of I-140. Our was approved Feb23rd, and they sent it to NVC only in June!! it was delayed somewhere on the way. you have to start contacting them 90 days after approval...
  3. Do you mind sharing how long it took you from DQ to the interview letter! Thank you!
  4. So, I sent the same inquiry, and the response was that we can move our case to one of the following countries: country of citizenship country of residency country of last residency, if you reside in USA right now. All of those with a proof. My husband has French citizenship, and its the embassy in Paris that is working on employment immigrant visas. The problem is, I cannot find anywhere, what is the wait time in French embassy. What if it is even longer than in Montreal.. If anybody has any ideas how to find out, please, let me know....
