    So if your file was not open then how did you book your Medicals. What I know is that Embassy uploads the Medical file which the doctors access through a portal and only then they book your appointment

    Never seen this but looks like you can just send an email to consulate with the status of the medicals and they shall wait till the passport and medicals reach their desk as it can take a bit of time.

    Yes, I had an interview 1 year back and now a second interview(reoath) after ap completion.

    Thank you for the quick turn around. Can you share any post related to the re-oath experience somebody went through ? Any details if anybody has shared post the re-oath appointment. It would be very helpful.

    Hello, Can you guide regarding re-oath ? Do i need to carry all docs again with me ? Is this like serious interview ? It would nice if you can share some information or point to any of the post regarding re-oath.

    Do you mean second passport as in temporary passport ? Also can i do medicals in usa ? Then i can send my passport from usa and stay in usa till i hear back. And travelon enhanced license or second(temporary ?) passport.

    I already have a TN visa which i can travel on and stay more than 6 months

    but once i send passport to montreal embassy within Canada then i have to separated with family for a long time if they delay my passport.

    My father lives i canada and he can receive it..

    Actually my family is in usa and already staying here over 6 months. If they delay sending passport in Canada then i am stuck in Canada for more than 2 to 3 months and family separation. @Ontarkie Also can i do Medicals in USA ?

    Hi, Can I get my medicals done and travel back to USA and then send the passport from USA to Canada. Will Also US address for return mail. Not sure if it is possible...

    Thanks for the response. We don't have a lawyer as of yet. Did you file a WOM ? But my spouses employer does have a lawyer.

    Hello All, Are there any EB cases from 2023 who have received a re-Medical request in the past couple of months? I am anxious because many folks have received medical request but I don't have any update on my case. Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks.
