    Thank you for the update.I am a single applicant with no dependents here in Canada.My spouse has applied for his citizenship last month and we are expecting it by november .Hopefully by october this F2A issue gets resolved.In both the options its going to be this year end unless any miracle happens and visa bulletein becomes current

    As you suggested the other option is if spouse gets the citizenship and then we can submit the naturalization certificate and request them to convert from F2A to IR1.Once the category gets to IRI is there any wait time for interview ?

    I was thinking to go to india and was waiting for US Interview letter seems like a long wait now.Will go now and come back around September again get the police verification done again .. Such a sad news

    Thank you Anyone knows Do we need to get the police verification once again (in my case two countries police verification Canada and India)in case we go outside canada for one month or so and come back?

    F21 and C21 are both for the spouse of a US F21 and C21 are both for the spouse of a US permanent resident. The difference between the two is that C21 is issued when the two people have been married for less than 2 year When i started the process it was C21 and changed to F21 on Jan 1 .My case got DQ in Nov 2022
