    NOA1 : 12/07/2021 NOA2 : 08/11/2022 NVC left : 14/02/2023 in transit Case become ready 20/02/2023 note : once it becomes in transit I filed DS160 and made account on ustraveldocs , and paid 265 $ in CIB . and sent all Packet 3 documents before Embassy email on 16/02/2023 . on 27/02/2023 I received Packet 3 email from Embassy . 28/02/203 I received appointment date email , it was 14/03/2023 I made interview on 14/03 and on 15/03 it became issued.

    when I click on new application/schedule appointment does it cancel my previous application which I filled it or not ?

    my case changed to in transit today , do I send packet 3 directly to Embassy or wait until the Embassy email me with packet 3 ? I saw in p3 instructions a copy of CIB receipt to be sent , do I should wait until getting this CIB receipt or send P3 without it ?

    Thanks , I made chat with askEmma , they told me that USCIS sent my petition on Nov/29 but I don't know when NVC received my case from USCIS

    My NOA2 is Nov 8th I send several inquiries to AskNVC and in all of them the response was your petition waiting entering to system . on Jan 22 I filled the inquiry form on Jan 24 I got this email from AskNVC your correct Case number is #######
