    Hi Everyone. I am an EB1 applicant. I received NVC welcome letter 2 week ago, and then paid the visa processing fee and filled out DS260 from online. I was expecting to be able to submit my civil document to CEAC, but I do not see that. All it shows me is that the fee is paid and DS260 is completed. How do I find out where/how I should submit my civil documents? Should I mail them? Or email Them? Thank you, and merry Christmass to you all.

    Hello everybody, I'm a new member here, thanks for sharing valuable information. I got my I140 approved at Texas service center on August 18, but yet did not receive anything from NVC. My approval notice says I should contact NVC if I do not receive a welcome package in 30 days. So I did send an email inquiry to nvcinquiry@state.gov, and also filled out the form on https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry. No response yet. Is there anything else I can do? it seems like NVC takes over 2 months to respond to inquiries. Thank you.
