Quick question, after the seminar, to get my certificate, we were told to go to CFO's website and give our feedback.

I visited their website, gave my feedback and hit the confirm / submit button.

The website loaded another page and gave me an error.

However, I still received an email containing one (1) PDF file. It was my certificate that looks like the image below.

Is this the only PDF file / email I needed to receive and show to the port of exit? Or, did I miss something because of the error after submitting my feedback?

Do they only do the sputum culture test if they find something abnormal in the applicant's X-ray?

And, what's the difference between these two:


Is this order right?:
1. Left (day 1) is getting the X-ray done.
2. Right (day 2) is having the result examined by someone?

I got DQ'd yesterday, Nov. 29, 2022. But, something urgent came up and I need to stay in my country for some more time (uncertain how long, but maybe months: 5-6 months).

How far can I push my interview back?

My questions are:

1. If I understand this correctly, I can push my interview back to a maximum of a year from when the fees were paid, correct?

2. When can I reschedule? I haven't received an appointment letter yet, so I'm not sure if I'm even eligible to reschedule. Do I have to wait for my appointment / interview letter before rescheduling?

Affidavit of Support:  (Yes it is mentioned on website that this is not necessary to bring, but if she can bring, the better as it is easier to show it to interviewing officer than explaining that according to website, beneficiary does not have to bring it.)

BENEFICIARY, PETITIONER, AOS Documents must be current and uploaded in CEAC to avoid 221G.  They usually review docs days prior to interview (we notice date changes on ceac tracker for last update), so if you need to upload refresh documents, upload at least a week prior day of interview.

 

Just in Case documents - proof of relationship - pictures, letters, etc.

 

This is just my former group's experiences.   We gathered common questions too, if you need that.   Hope this helps!  Thank you.

3. I'll let someone from the Philippines chip in, but generally, bring all the financial documents you've uploaded to CEAC, you never know what the CO asks for.

Hello, thank you for helping me out.

I have another question . . . I took this picture from CEAC (civil docs):


What photographs do I upload here?
1. Passport-style picture
2. Photos with my sponsor (father) with me included in them

I never had recent photos with my sponsor but I have financial proof and other documents that prove our father-child relation that they have approved.
Is the passport-style picture the only picture I have to upload here?

 

I'm having trouble figuring out what I need to bring for my interview as the checklist officially written by the government are somewhat different to each other.

On one checklist, it makes no mention of photographs (2x2). This list is from the PH Embassy.

But the photo requirement says: (I don't recall where I got this from - but not from the PH Embassy).

Question 1: to be safe, I'm going to bring two copies of the same passport-style photo I uploaded to CEAC. Is this good enough?

Question 2: PHOTOGRAPHS . . . is this where I upload the PASSPORT-STYLE picture of myself AND pictures of my father (my sponsor) and I to prove our relation?
I don't have pictures with my father but I have proof of relations to him financially which the US deemed enough to validate my relation with my father.
With that said, is my PASSPORT-STYLE picture the only photograph I need to upload?


Question 3, 4: posted on another forum because I feel like those questions are more specific to NVC than regional discussion. Would appreciate it so much if anyone could help me here.

This is what the embassy in my country says (Philippines). But, it doesn't mention anything about proof of petitioner's status and domicile in the US. Do I need to bring proof for my petitioner's status and domicile in the US?
