  1. I have seen a few posts on reddit from IR that went out last week. It looks like they were filling in slots of people who were unable to make the initial appointments they were given. However they big batch of invites for June are still yet to come out. Likely tomorrow or Saturday. The emails usually get sent out in the middle of the night.
  2. Never lie. But it might not come up. They are really looking for current medications and infectious diseases/ vaccines. There is a possibility they ask about previous surgeries which you would have to mention it. Or unless you are currently still on medication. I do not think in anyway it would affect your application. I got mine done in 2019! I hadn't even considered it an issue.
  3. Yeah the ceac website is the best place to check. However, until they issue the invitation it will just say 'at nvc' they don't give any further information than that.
  4. Interview letters will likely come out this month for June. They usually give 3-6 weeks notice. But giving some of the interviews will be for the start of June. I.e June 3rd they need to give people some time to get medical and for the majority of people. Book flights and hotels in Montreal. They used to be better at giving more notice. But I think it has to come out this week for them to have given enough notice.
  5. No invites for any of the categories so far. But its expected to come out this week. If you go to page 1 of this post there is a spreadsheet with everyone's DQ dates. There are a couple in January 2022 we expect to be invited at the very least
  6. 6 months really is not that bad. Many people in this group have been waiting two years. However this group is for employment only. There are other groups for family and spouse visas.
  7. Everyone has a priority date. This is then compared to the US visa bulletin to determine if your date is current. If your priority date is March. And the current date in January. You are not "current" and there is nor a visa available for you. If your priority date is March. And the visa bulletin for your category is April. There is enough visas for everyone up to that date. And therefore your priority date is current and there is a visa. Look up uscis visa bulletin on Google for the most up to date visa bulletin dates. Also note. These can progress forward. Or regress backwards. So you need to check each month.

  9. This is for non immigrant visas. This does not apply for EB visas.
  10. Usually your family doctor can do the vaccines and blood tests for a small fee. Or a travel clinic can give you some of the vaccines also.
  11. Yeah all employment should be on the same schedule. Hopefully you get an interview for June next week. Although I believe they pulled down the consulate updates as they screwed up and had skipped some people in the other categories and were being contacted too much. Perhaps some employment were skipped too. I believe they are aware of the issue though and will be rectifying it with the June invites.
  12. I believe if you are getting blood tests it is better to get them in advance as they can take longer to come back. Vaccines can be done at the medical appointment. But generally it is easier to have everything done before the medical, as if it is not done it will put you into AP and montreal can take up to 18 months to deal with people put into AP. There is a whole other thread on this issue.
  13. No I haven't seen anyone in any of the categories receieve them. Likely they will go out next week at some point. There's a couple people in this group who are active with Jan dates. So I'm sure we will get prompt updates when they receive them. They normally go out over night. We are all hoping they continue with big progress.
  14. Yeah. It was there this morning. But has been removed on the last update. No invites have been sent out for June yet. Perhaps it will be replaced a couple days after they send out the interviews which is when they normally update the website anyway. I anticipate the letters will go out next week. So we shall see if it's just temporary or not.
  15. Visa stats for March are out. 84 eb visas! And most excitingly 680 visas processed through montreal in 1 month. Before it was always between 400-500. So they really have increased the capacity! I see this backlog actually being cleared! Very good news!

  17. This is the one you need. The reason MUST say other. If you have any other police certificate you will get your visa refused and you will have to re submit this one!
  18. Yeah! I'm not even sure a doctor could give you them all in one day. It's a lot! I'm sure your body would go into a panic with that many!
  19. Yes https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html
  20. If you are doing it through AOS you can use a doctor in the US. If you are going through consular processing it has to be from outside US
  21. Some of the vaccines involve getting multiple doses, multiple months apart. You should look into what you need and book them sooner rather than wait for the medical appointment.
  22. Hopefully you get an invite in May! Please keep us updated!
  23. Yeah the usually log in multiple times throughout the month. Until they update the 'as of' date it means they have not updated this paragraph. The last time they missed updating the paragraph for the month was 2 years ago...so no idea why they have stopped updating it. We tend to go by other people's reports of receiving interview letters at this point as they are notorious for not being transparent.
  24. As your dq date is March 2023, I anticipate you will be invited next month or the following month. I would just order a new one to prevent there being any issues, especially if you have traveled back to that country since ordering the first report, it would also solve the 6 month problem too!
