    I am glad i am mot the only one. I thought they have made a mistake or so. Hopefully they will send our cases today or tomorrow since we already have our case numbers.

    Is your case status viewed under the CEAC immigrant category where you only has to put the case number or under the noninmigrant category? i am only available to see it as a immigrant category strange.

    I inquired them after two weeks in exact after NoA2 attached to the public inquiry this morning and they gave is our case number. Thanks God

    It is taking 9 Months as of today, On Novemember it will be a 6 to 7 Months process, It is speeding up. For me Oct 20 approved and it took 9 Months one months from now at the rate of 1500 casees per week it will come down to 7 Months process to NOA2

    Yes it should be that way, next week as you said I will inquire them and ask them for the Case number, it was approved on the 20 no the 24 as it says online. practically I can inquire them Friday and it makes two weeks so they can prepare the case and send it on the 6th to the 8th batch

    NOA2 letter arrived today in the mail, It says I was actually approved on the 20th of October no the 24th of Oct

    I have a question my I-797 said the approved I-129f has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate, please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance you would not like them to forwared the petition to a different consulate, That means it skipped the NVC and I can schedule the visa appoitment and medical exam, It says I can go ahead and file the From I824 application ofr action on a n approved application to request that we notify another consulate of the petition approval for visa processing purposes. Will I need a case number at this point or it went straight to the embassy need help.

    I just realized the next ship date from USCIS to NVC I JUST realized the next approved visas are shipped to NVC on the 7th and 8th of NOV. A good time to send an inquiry is Nov. 13
