  1. Okay. Just mailed my RFIE reply in. Had to send in certified letters from police and magistrate that they have no records concerning my traffic violation in 1998 or my accidental bounced check in 1993 because they dont hold records that long. Hopefully I dont get any more RFEs now.
  2. @Elays How long did it take for you to get your RFE from USCIS after you found out they were sending you one? They notified me on Wednessday and I still havent gotten the letter to tell me what they want.
  3. My status finally changed on USCIS website. It says they are sending me a Request for Initial Evidence. Is that different than a Request for Evidence?
  4. I'm second guessing everything I did now. Maybe I frontloaded too much evidence of relationship and no one wants to pick up my file? Or maybe I shouldn't have mentioned the accidental bounced check for groceries when I was in my early 20s. Or the false allegations made against me during my child custody battle in the early 90's that were swiftly debunked in family court. Or a traffic citation I got in my early 20s too. I did online searches for any court records in every single county I've ever lived in since I was 18 years old and never found anything but I wanted to be open and honest in case there was something I couldn't find and now maybe my honesty is going to burn me. Could they be doing their own background checks? and that is delaying everything? I even paid to have a federal background check done and that didn't have anything either. Maybe I should've just kept my mouth shut if I couldn't find any records on myself, but I was afraid maybe they would find something and think I was being dishonest so I thought of every single instance in my life that I could remember ever having to talk to police or a court of any kind. UGH! This is so stressful. What's worse is that I'm afraid they will send me after records that don't even exist because of it as well. I'm driving myself crazy, haha
  5. I hope you're right because I see apps still waiting in limbo from January.
  6. It figures, with my luck, we would be in the last 12.1% for July, lol. I bet my fiance it gets down to 3% before anyone processes our application.
  7. I understand your frustration. Our case number is 105029 and the 10 cases before AND after ours have all been processed allready while ours still just has case received JUL 2022. I dont know what the issue is but the anxiety is really through the roof.
  8. WOW! looks like they did the 3 before mine and the 5 after mine but skipped right over me. Now I'm worried, lol. Mines 105029 They did 105025, 105026, 105027, 105028, 105030, and 105031- 105045 There must be something wrong
  9. @Elays I think its amazing that you can see what case range they are working on, day to day. Can you tell us step by step how we can find this info? We got our NOA1 on July 15th 2022 and would love to be able to see the case ranges so we have an idea when we are getting close. Our case # is 105029 I believe.
  10. I know its is a long wait, my friend. We got our NOA1 in July of 22 and are expecting someone to actually look at it within the next 2 or 3 weeks. After that, you have to wait another 4 to 6 months to get through the embassy part of it. Its a terrible wait but what made it a little easier was thinking about how hard it used to be for people back in the day before Zoom, or Messenger. I couldn't even imagine.
  11. Ours was filed in July 2022. Visa Journeys projected date for when our case MAY be adjudicated is mid august, but that is just a prediction based on timelines of other members with similiar cases. Also do not forget that it may take 5 to 6 months AFTER its adjudicated before your partner actually gets his/ her visa and there may be RFEs that cause further delays as well. My advice is to stop planning a big wedding and just go to a judge to get married when they arrive and then you can do a big wedding anytime after that without worrying about deadlines and such.
  12. Utah online marraige is online. You can file for a marraige license and then marry over zoom. You dont need to be a utah resident. Its important that you visit her AFTER you marry though...in that order or you will need to visit again after the marraige.
  13. I'm a PC gamer. Mostly play survival games like Ark, 7 Days to Die, or The forest right now. These are perfect for couples because its just you two in a world together and the games typically have no official ending so they go on and on. Harvest together, Build a base together, survive the wilds. Alot of fun. I also play World of Warcraft which is also good for couples to do together even though this one has a monthly subscription fee for both accounts.
