  1. Maybe I’m being silly but wouldn’t the same reps be at the airport at Amsterdam? Where they will deny or allow me based on the same info?
  2. Thanks for the clarification. May I ask how does entering from Canada make it any different? Could I not mention the same to Airport border control? (I.e child has a pending CRBA and us passport)
  3. Thanks for your reply but I’m a little confused are you saying it is likely I’ll be rejected as well as my CRBA and I should not do this or that it’s 50/50 and the border control there may or may not let my child in ?
  4. My wife and child are Dutch citizens. I am a US citizen. our child was recently born in the Netherlands and we just received an appointment date for CRBA 3 months from now my EU 90 day visa is about to expire so I have to head back to the US. my question is can my wife and child come visit me for 2 months with their Dutch passport after which all 3 of us can head back?
  5. Good to hear. Well it's the waiting game again...
  6. I just resubmitted something they asked for (w2 was missing) This brings me to 2 questions. Does this push me back to the line again? Also, now that it is 2023, are they going to ask for w2 for 2022, again pushing me back in line?
  7. Just got asked for W2 which I uploaded. Does this push you back in the line?
  8. Hey everyone, NVC just emailed me this but I see nothing changed when I login? The National Visa Center (NVC) updated the status of your immigrant visa application. Please go to the Department of State's Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov/IV. You will need your NVC case number and invoice ID number to log into your account. Once you have logged into CEAC, please look in your message box or on the Status Chart at the bottom of the page. If NVC has feedback on any items you submitted, there will be a new message with details. If not, please simply follow the updated instructions on your Status Chart to complete your case. If any column says "Pay Now", "Invalid Doc", "Incomplete", or "Re-Opened", that means you must take action by paying a fee, submitting a form, or uploading a corrected/missing document. Regards, National Visa Center, U.S. Department of State Any Idea what it means?
