Got the confirmation email from embassy paid the visa fee. got the interview date for Nov as there were no dates in October.

I got the NVC welcome letter and the case says "Ready" in CEAC. That is all. I haven't got anything from embassy yet.

So my lawyer said before we get an interview date, we need to wait for confirmation email from the embassy saying we can go ahead and book the interview date. My case has been in ready status for almost 2 weeks now and we have already submitted DS160. Do we need to wait for the confirmation before we go ahead and book the interview date?

so my case changed to "Ready" yesterday. Are we supposed to get an email confirmation? Can we submit DS160 before getting any confirmation?

mine says in-transit as well. However, they made a mistake on LastName for Principal Applicant 🤦♂️ switched the last two letters. Do I need to ask them to fix it?

I got my case number a week ago and it says "At NVC". What does that mean? Are they processing the case?

mine is in the 98700 😕 and there are bunch untouched
