  1. There is no fairness on this uscis journey especially weighing in consular processing, some of those in the states filing as aos have the opportunity to do everything together and wait for a year to get their green card and i130 approved at the same time and those filing as a consular processing has to wait for extra months to go through the immigrant visa processing again. For fairness to prevail i130 for consular processing should have been less because there is another months to go through before the completion of this journey and also couples are far apart from each other. The aos filers are with their partners and even got opportunity to work when the EAD is approved and yet their processing is faster. This whole thing is excruciating and not fair to us living far apart from our partners.
  2. Mine was 3 months just when I check this morning and seeing your post I checked again and it says Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time.
  3. Ours also still says active review and estimated processing time is down to 3months at TSC although not something reliable but let’s see what happens during this 3months.
  4. Uscis processing time has increase again TSC is now 13months a move from 12.5 to 13months. Where are they heading to.
  5. Congratulations what an amazing news. Excited that September, 2022 approvals are coming gradually and which service centre did the approval came from
  6. We all have luck never loose hope some people have been waiting for 2 years and even more but being lucky is that our case won’t cross that line.
  7. Check your doc tab or try checking it from now on it’s possible you might have an approval rarely people who’s cases take that long for an AR1 sometimes get an approval and recently Potomac, Nebraska, California SC has been approving many cases Tsc is quiet now it’s been days without any new approval except few expedited or cases that has been on hold for 300 days plus.
  8. Mine never go up, at TSC and it says 4 months now it has been 5 months since March. I don’t believe in these figures. Someone posted on one of the i130 groups that her processing time increased from 7 months to 10 months and got approval the next day.
  9. it’s free and although I don’t think it will have an impact now but trust me miracles do happen, you can give it a shot if you want
  10. Just checked mine and my case is at Texas service centre and the estimate processing time still says 5months, there hasn’t been any change.
  11. Yeah I figured it out too, if I am not wrong those are for the 6 months period that is the time we filed our cases we all witnessed that people waited for 12months and plus for their cases to be approved and this is the conclusion of the 80% of the cases processed from that time but recently things have been improved and people are even receiving their approvals early including those who have been waiting for over 12months and I guess their next report within 6 months will be better and will reflect this new early approvals and maybe the processing time will be decrease even if not for us but for those who will be filing now and the future let’s still hold our hearts and keep praying hopefully our approvals will soon be coming, we are almost to 7 months since we filed our cases. God bless us all!
  12. I think we can check the estimated processing time on the uscis online account. If it still stays the same then we are spared with these new processing times.
  13. It’s getting worse I just saw that TSC processing time has increase to 12.5 months an additional month. CSC is 15 months
  14. On Friday my husband talked to a live agent through Emma and she said TSC is now ready to review your case and today I also talked to a live agent via the same Emma and after collecting all my information she told me that she is looking for my case and she took a long time than their normal response in a chat and wrote me back with a question “Are you a US citizen and who did you file for” after I told her she waited again for a long time this time typing and waiting again and typing and waiting and finally said your case is processing normal and decision will be made on December 10 After the chat I checked the case enquiry date for my PD and it’s December 7 to make any e-enquiry what do you guys think? does the live agent doesn’t know that I am a US citizen after collecting all my information or they are all lying.
  15. Yeah I also noticed on Lawfully that many people who file AOS are getting their approvals so fast even some with just 3months of filling unlike us who has NVC steps to follow as well.
  16. Yes I use Lawfully Sometimes people with no AR get direct approval with their first AR and that AR doesn’t come at an early stage like people who get it some few days of their PD so don’t worry at all.
  17. I knew it maybe some kind of maintenance or update of their system but wanted to know if any of the September 22 filers has similar error on their account. Mine was 4 days after PD which means nothing lol
  18. Has anyone seen an error message on their uscis account just woke up to see that
  19. This site tells you how many cases is been approved daily from the service centres and it looks like cases with IOE are the top of the list. Check it out on https://hilites.today/
  20. My enquiry was to change my address which is not working on the online account and I don’t know if I can use the AR 11 form to change it since that form is for Alien but not for a usc.
  21. Yes I answered all the security questions and she asked about my enquiry after she told me to hold on so she could look for the information after waiting for 15mins she came back to say a tier 2 agent will call or email in 30 days. Is it like tier 1 doesn’t see certain informations or they are not allowed to reply on certain issues.
  22. I called Live agent through Emma today and it was so quick to connect me to a live agent, when I asked my question all what she told me was that she will schedule a tier 2 agent to call me back and said I should expect a call from a tier 2 agent in 30 days she then gave me a service request number to quote when the agent call me to confirm my request.Anyway who is a tier 2 agent and why the live agent couldn’t tell me anything?
  23. Has anyone seen this message on their uscis account although some people says it doesn’t mean anything.
