  1. Hi all, Could you guys please write down the specific month of 2022 on which your case started the deliberation process ? So we have an idea about how many months are completed processing this year and how many left. Mine pending since Sep, 2022. Thank you.
  2. Here is my timeline as of today: 2/2021 USCIS received I-612 application 11/2021 I-612/I-613 case transferred to DOS 9/2022 DOS received I-612/I-613 ( I-612/I-613 appeared on the DOS website) 10/2023 The case is still pending ( 2 years and 8 months with USCIS and 13 Months at DOS).
  3. I lost 10 months because of issues with I-613/I-612. USCIS received my case in Feb. 2021 and forwarded it to DOS in Nov. 2021. However, the I-613/I-612 did not appear on the DOS website until Sep. 2022. (almost a year after). The case is still pending 2 years and 8 months with USCIS and 13 Months at DOS.
  4. With this painful reality, where do go from here? is there anything we can do as a group collectively to voice our concerns and struggles with this endless process through the appropriate channels?
  5. Dose anyone know about last year's waiver stats and how many hardship vs other waiver cases were processes?
  6. Thank you for the information and suggestion.
  7. No, I didn't . However, my DS will expire in the next coming months.
  8. I don't know if anyone in a similar situation. I lost about 11 months beacuse of issues with I-613/I-612. USCIS received my case in Feb. 2021, forward it to DOS in Nov. 2021. To my knowledge, forwarding a case to DOS means sending I-613/I-612. However, the I-613/I-612 did not appear on the DOS website until Oct. 2022.(almost a year after). Do you guys think this delay was from USCIS or DOS?
  9. Congratulations! Very happy for you!!
