    You may want to look at filing a writ of mandamus. PM me if you want the name of the lawyer I used for Mandamus.

    Correct is has to be past 12 months so Mandamus attorneys wont file before the 13 month mark.

    Best to file a Writ of Mandamus if waiting over 13 months at DOS no sense in waiting longer to eventually having to file one anyways.

    Yes I did i waited 21 months and had to file a writ of mandamus might want to look at filing a writ of mandamus

    Yes the court did send them an order to process the case as it has been outside of the posted processing times

    Hi, Guys After filling a writ of mandamus over a month ago I got my Favorable recommendation my case was at DOS since sept of 2021

    lol 12 months that's rare alot of us are 17 plus months here waiting. I'm at 18 months and waiting for DOS

    I applied my last year of residency, then I had a 1 year fellowship. Now I am on an O1 status

    15 months 1 week and 1 day here At DOS still nothing waiting since it went to DOS Sept of 2021 Still pending at DOS I'm a physician

    MY case has been at dos for 15 months now and still nothing that's just as DOS. NO RFE or anything. Still waiting for an answer. On USCIS website it is taking 11.5 months for USCIS to send to DOS so hang in there its a almost 30 month ordeal currently for total time.
