My wife received an email from USCIS saying that our case has been sent to the Orlando Field Office for processing and we have an opportunity to submit more evidence. My wife is about 6 and a half months pregnant and I was wondering what would count as evidence of her pregnancy. -

Received this noticed yesterday, December 7th. Post date was December 1st and the status didn't change on the website until the 6th. I guess the I-765 and the I-131 got approved together but the I-131 still says pending. -

My wife had the same problem. She went to the SSA and they told her that she first needs her EAD before she can make the change. We are in Massachusetts. -

I didn't send my tax returns from last year because I hadn't made enough money, I ended up sending my bank statements along with the tax return and transcript. I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge that they received my RFE. -

You'll have to apply to remove condition on the green card 3 months before its expiration, so you'll be dealing with immigration again on June 2025 -

After marriage, what forms need to be submitted? [merged threads]
biscoito1r replied to Ms. Clarke's topic in Caribbean
Not as long as you got married before the expiration date. If you got married after the deadline you'll need to file I-130 I believe. -

I received a request for initial information. I didn't send a copy of my tax returns because I didn't make enough money last year but I had started a new job so I sent the letter of employment along with pay studs, but I guess it wasn't enough. -

Yes yes So it doesn't apply to your spouse. Check the guide : https://www.visajourney.com/guides/adjustment-of-status-k1-k3-visas/ And here are some examples but don't use these forms as they are expired, use the one downloaded from the USCIS website https://www.visajourney.com/forms/examples/ -
