So we filed on August 2021 using my husband , a green card holder, as the petitioner. It was approved in September 2024. Because the petition was taking so long so we decided to file for I30 using me as the petitioner. On September 2024 his got approved and on November 2024 mine got approved. But since he got approved first, so we paid his first and submitted all the required. It took us a while to finally submit all the documents because every time we upload and submit the documents it says “ invalid image detected. “ up to now, the documents still says submitted ( some of them ) and some accepted. Do we need to go ahead and pay the IR2 ( I30 petition ] and submit the documents they were asking or just wait for the F22 to get it transferred to the embassy for interview schedule?

No the priority date is August 2021 F22. So we already paid for the fee at NVC and submitted the required documents. Just waiting for them to review the documents and proceed for interview if approved.

What about IR1? I’m a citizen. I filed for their I30 November 2024. It was approved December 2024. It’s on at NVC. What is the priority dates for that?

Even though all the documents have been submitted and just waiting for the interview to get it scheduled by NVC?

Hello everyone! My husband who is a permanent visa holder applied for his twins but when it was F22. I also applied for them and it is IR1. He paid and submitted all the documents and just waiting for the interview schedule. I haven’t paid for it. Were on dilemma if do we will just pay the IR1 since I’m a US citizen or just wait for his F22 interview schedule. Any advice on this? Will the kids be green card holder when they get to US or do we need to apply for them to get a green card? Your response is appreciated.

I have read about IR2. is there a separate form for that or that within the I30 form? Sorry I am so confuse

I have a question We filed online way back 8/9/2021. When I opened the account this Sunday this showed in my progress " Estimated time until case decision: 1 Week But there is no date when they posted this. Is this possible to be soon? like in a week? I just wanna make sure that we don't pay again and then we will get the decision right after we file and pay again. Anybody have experience with this? I really appreciate all your comments.

Anybody knows how to file the twins to make their papers approve at the same time? It says I have to file separately.

I do not understand how it works. I do not understand what kind of additional things to do for petitioning too. Can you clarify it please?

I went to the website where i file online. one of the twins my progress says " Estimated time until case decision: Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action. Current as of today at 11:17 a.m. and the other one is " Estimated time until case decision: 1 Week Current as of today at 11:17 a.m. what's you take on this?

Will try to send the papers again in my name as petitioner. Do I need to use 130? I think that's the only form right? sorry I'm so confuse... I should have known...

They are 13 years old now. My husband , who is a permanent resident petitioned them. ITss been 2 years since we filed for their petition.

I have been calling the USCIS but I can't get hold of a person. Emma hangs up on me if i ask for a representative. Also our twins case is still the same. We filed on 8/9/2021 but the reviewed was on February 2022 and September 2022 and its been 2 years no new updates. Can anyone help on how to contact them to get hold to a live person?

We filed I30 for my husbands children's on August 2021 but upto now it is still on " we review your case " since feb 2022 and sept 2022. Does anyone have same issue?
