    Hi all, asking this after receiving the NOA2 For foreign police checks, is the requirement that you lived in that country 6 months or 12 months? I spent some time in Australia but it wasn’t a full 12 months. Will the required police checks I need be listed in the letter I receive from the embassy? Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Marc

    Congratulations! Do you know If we just need to wait until hearing from the NVC or is there anything we can complete for this visa beforehand? Like police checks etc? thanks, Marc

    Hi all! We have finally had our petition approved and received a letter from USCIS saying the case has been transferred to NVC. What is the correct order of requirements leading up to the interview and onwards? Will I (UK beneficiary) receive a letter stating when to fill in the DS-160 form?     Hi all! when it comes to the interview stage, am I able to choose a specific date? There’s a chance I’ll be on holiday overseas when we hear of approval. How broad is the range of dates you can choose? thanks, Marc

    Hi all! Any tips for the actual mailing process for an RFE? I’ve noticed they’ve provided a return envelope but I feel this will be too small for what I’m sending. Is it acceptable to use a standard a4 size envelope instead? The RFE is for the 2 year meeting requirement so I’m hoping exit stamps in the passport and a few other bits will be okay.
