  1. Thank you. I have been employed by the same petitioner for the last 6 years. I was in Chicago, but got unlucky with H1B draw for 3 consecutive years, and I transferred to Canada office under the same company in 2020. I initiated GC process in 2019 when I was still in Chicago when I failed my 2nd attempt for H1B. Once I go back to US, I will be employed by the same company. I'm not sure yet what the content of the offer letter will be. I need to talk to my lawyer whether I need an offer letter before I go to the interview, but I am assuming it will be an offer letter for the current position I'm holding, but just that the offer is from US headquarter. Hope this helps.
  2. Interestingly, I got interview letter from NVC today. DQ date is March 2022, so I didn't expect the interview to be scheduled this early. Interview date is in late May. EB3 ROW, US employer.
  3. @Leeching Spouse I went through the same process early last year. I got my I140 approved in Jan 2021, and I got married shortly after. I was also confused by the FAQ instruction that said I can add a derivative in CEAC as I didn't see any button for such activity. After calling NVC, I learned EB category needs to submit an email inquiry form to add a spouse as a derivative. In the email inquiry, I had to attach some documents such as proof of marriage and other documents under my wife's name. I recommend you give a call to them to get the exact list of docs you need. After my request got processed, a DS-260 for my wife appeared in my account. I paid the fees, and we filled out and then submitted together. I chose not to submit mine first as there was some information that had to be cross checked between my wife's and mine. I see a post mentioning follow-to-join, but this is not true according to my convo with my lawyer back in 2020. I'm in EB3 category and my wife and I got DQ'ed this March, waiting indefinitely for the IL.
