    Ours was exactly the same. Spoke to Emma and they said ours could take up to another 10 months now.

    Last time we checked it said 4 month estimate and we haven’t had any update since the day we filed. I’m hoping we hear something soon just so I know something is happening.

    I just checked mine again and it’s gone back to 5 months. Last time I checked a few days ago it went from 5 months to 6 months.

    Our timeline is still saying 7 months, we filed on the 24th September. Fingers crossed we all get an update soon!

    That’s strange. When we contacted a live agent through Emma we answered the security questions and they told us the case had been transferred to Texas. We didn’t really get any other information. They implied we might hear something soon but our estimate is still saying 8 months.

    Hello! Waiting as patiently as possible haha. We haven’t filed the K3 visa, I’ve heard a lot of people have had luck with it speeding things up so we might have to give it a try.

    Hi all, We filed on the 24th, I’m from the UK. We got our NOA1 straight after we submitted. We just found out we’ve been transferred to the Texas service centre. It’s currently saying we have around an 8 month wait.
