  1. Email is on the status page, but I would guess they'll either ignore it or reply that Congress directed State Dept. to process IR visas withing 30 days and Family Preference visas within 60 days, but does not set a timeframe for EB...
  2. That's concerning. Looking at recent comms from State Dept. it is clear they've turned their focus to NIV lately, but that would not apply to Montreal as they're only processing IVs at this moment (unless they dispatched some of their officers to other posts.) Side note, pretty crazy Brazil was processing interviews 2 months after DQ while Montreal was averaging 27 months at that time...
  3. They're scheduling IR/CR appointments on January 3rd so Holidays are probably not a factor... Its really hard to understand what is happening. There's been no steady progress for EB since the September 2022 IL round. The lack of any communication from the Consulate makes the whole thing even more frustrating than it already is.
  4. No update on the website is normal. In the past they updated it on the 8th or 9th day of the month. I agree with the second part, really concerning they didn't sent December or January ILs to anyone on this group yet...
  5. I was assuming 80 per month only for EB2 (Based on equal split between EB1, 2 and 3 of ~250 EB total). That would be a jump from 10 EB2s last month.
  6. According to https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Immigrant-Statistics/WaitingList/WaitingListItem_2021vF.pdf Montreal had 553 pending EB1 and 559 pending EB2 as of November 1st, 2021. Since then, Montreal only processed 122 EB1 and 183 EB2. Even with increasing capacity to 80 cases per month for EB2, it will take a minimum of 5 months just to get to November 2021. That's without considering they have some sort of prioritization system capturing a share of the EB visas processed.
  7. October stats are out and things are not going in the right direction... Only 513 visas issued overall, of those still only 87 for employment
  8. Website was just updated with the following: "As of October 3, 2022, most Immediate Relative and fiancé(e) visa cases being scheduled for interview in Montreal were documentarily complete at the National Visa Center in July 2022; most Family Preference cases scheduled for interview were documentarily qualified in April 2021; and most Employment cases scheduled for interview were documentarily complete in September 2020." No idea if users on the google sheet are not active or Montreal is just publishing innacurate dates.. The disparity between categories is getting more and more ridiculous...
  9. Wow, congrats @Tiabeanie! Just curious, did you get the DQ email on 08/22 or is the DQ letter attached dated 08/22? Also EB3 healthcare, received DQ email 08/22 but letter dated 08/23. No IL.
