    Hello, Please, I have a question regarding my IV application process. It has been about 2 months now since when the NVC notified me that I am DQ and in the queue waiting for an interview date at the US consulate. I have contacted the US consulate herre by email, and they replied that they are yet to receive my file from NVC. I was wondering if there are any suggestions or steps that I can take to expedite the process. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi Robbie0013, Sorry to bother you again. I received a do not reply email from NVC saying 'Notice of Missing Item' that I need to submit civil documents of all intending immigrant under my approved EB2 petition. I have sent the documents at the beginning of this week though. Pls any idea about this email. Thank you.

    Hi, Please any info about the correct address to mail the documents. I need to mail mine as well, but confused to see Virginia instead of NH.

    Yes, it is TSC, EB. You can send an email to NVCResearch@state.gov to at least know where you case is. They respond via this email in about 3 days. You can also call USCIS. When you call USCIS robot will answer you. Wait for the robot to ask you what you want and just say "info pass" so that you will be connected to live person. Goodluck

    OK thanks for the suggestions. My petition was approved in June 2022, and USCIS didn't send the NOA2 to NVC until 15th October though.

    Hello, It been 29 days since when NVC acknowledged the receive of my approved petition, but yet to hear from them. Please what should I do now? Thanks
