The address in my initial I-131 filing is that of my Attorney because I have to depart US after the biometric

I did not change my address because my Attorney filed for me and the address is that of my attorney for all correspondence with USCIS though. But now I am scheduled in Michigan

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I have a quick question regarding a biometric appointment. I am scheduled for appointment in Michigan, but due to some unexpected circumstances, I have now relocated to Orlando, Florida. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to attend the Orlando Application Support Center (APC) with my existing appointment letter from Michigan. Has anyone been in a similar situation before? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Updates..... I have contacted the US Embassy in the morning and they told me my case file is on transit from NVC. In the afternoon I received an email that my case is now at the Embassy and can go ahead with my earlier scheduled IV intetview date. Our immigrant interview date was scheduled next month at the US consulate. But we sent an email to the consulate requesting for reschedule. The reason is that my spouse need to complete her studies before we can move. However my spouse has been recently granted a transfer study place at a University in US. We then contacted the US consulate telling them that qe want to go ahead with our earlier interview appointment for next month, but the Consulate replied you that they haven't received our case file from NVC yet. We are now confused on what do it. Please any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Sorry again, I just checked my page at ceac.state.gov it says that my case file is at the US consulate, but yet the consulate said that they have not received my case file from NVC yet. Did you also have similar situation?

Oh I am on similar situation now. I want to reschedule my IV interview that was slated for next month at the US consulate in Helsinki. But before my appointment date I can login and create a my profile online. However, since when I received the IL, I keep getting 'unable to process your request at the moment' whenever I Login. According to the instructions on the consulate website, I need to register my appointment before I can reschedule it. I emailed the consulate about scheduling my interview, and they replied that I need not to register my appointment. Now, I want to email them to request for reschedule. I will prefer to have the interview after August 2023, that will give me enough time to finalize my PhD in Finland. Please, do I need to mention my prefer month for the interview? Thank you
