    Congrats! My husband had the same thing happen. No other updates since then on his green card application. Tbh, I am just happy we got his EAD at this point. Hope that helps!

    mine said that a few days prior to approval so I would ignore those messages. Hopefully, your approval comes soon!

    Glad they let her in. I would check the RFE. If is says to mail back evidence, do so and make a copy of everything you are going to send before mailing it over

    Have you tried contacting USCIS via a live agent for the code? They can have another one sent to you if you did not receive the access code.

    Just got the approval notice for I765 on my account today Hoping everyone gets a speedy approval as well

    My husband completed his biometrics appt on 11/27. Status online updated on 11/27 to cases being actively reviewed. No walk ins are allowed at my office. I765 says estimate of 2 weeks for a decision I485 says estimate of 4 months for a decision Fingers crossed, EAD decision falls within that timeline. Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving 😀

    Just got my online access notice for USCIS and the biometrics appointment is on 11/24. Wish it was sooner, but I don’t believe you can reschedule for a sooner appt just due to lack of patience, right? 😭😂

    Hi all, I barely made our group! All AOS forms (i485, i765 and i131) filed. I just got my NOA1s in the mail today. Still no online access code, but the status of our case is now “biometrics appt scheduled,” so hopefully that will come in the mail soon! Adjustment of Status Event Date CIS Office : Date Filed : 2023-10-26 NOA Date : 2023-10-31

    That is embassy specific. I would contact those from the Philippines and see what the next steps are. Typically, the embassy contact the beneficiary as well with further info.

    In Transit today and I got the K-1 FTP email today

    It means your case is still at NVC. Once they forward your case to the embassy, it will update the status of CEAC to “In Transit.” After they ship your case to the embassy, you should also get an email from NVC with your case number and other details in a letter (often called K-1 FTP letter). Here’s a group for those i-129Fs approved (NOA2) in August as well. People often share tips and notes there. Aug 2023 NOA2 group Hope that helps!

    It means they have not sent your case to the embassy yet. It will change to “In Transit” when they do.
