  1. I guess your AR will be your approval and it will be soon. PD 6/21/23 waiting. Case at Charlotte FO. Where is your case now?
  2. Any more June approvals? Need to keep hope alive and believe!
  3. Congratulations! I am June 21, 2023 too. Praying for approval this week. Case at Charlotte FO now per Emma. I live in Baltimore though.
  4. I am in Maryland. Filed my I-130 on 6/21/2023. The case keeps being tossed around: From NBC to Baltimore Field office to Vermont Service Center and now in Charlotte Field office per EMMA. Anybody knows what’s going on?
  5. Good evening! I filed my I -130 online and mailed my I-485 six months later because I was waiting on a waiver approval to attach to it. The I-130 receipt was attached to the mailed I-485 and my account shows concurrent filing. Will they adjudicate the I-485 and I-130 together? Any experiences here to share? Thank you so much!!
  6. Is the estimated processing time for I-130 of June 21, 2023 on Visa Journey accurate? Just curious because my I-130 was filed on that date with first active review on Sept 14, 2023 and radio silence since then.
  7. I sent in a ton of evidence for my AOS application for CR-1 category but I see only a few of them scanned in my online portal. Is that normal? Or I should scan my copies and upload myself. I feel they are all important although it’s an overkill and USCIS requires the minimum to make a decision.
  8. The positive result is that you will have an update on your case 60 days after filing the mandamus. If your case is within normal time, it will not speed it up. If your case is beyond normal processing time, USCIS and DoS will usually ask for up to 90 days of extension to make a decision on your case which can be favorable or unfavorable. You can adjust your status with DoS approval and doesn’t need to wait for USCIS final approval. You will eventually get the USCIS notice of approval which you can present if you have an interview for AoS which may not be needed.
  9. Wow! This process is very expensive. I think 5K is too much. You can ask around and see what other good lawyers charge. If not you can do it yourself especially if you have a straightforward case with a lot of bonafide evidence. I am planning to do it myself once I get the DoS approval.
  10. This adjudication may have been due to expedited request or Writ of Mandamus. Or random approval too. Who knows.
  11. Congratulations my friend. Intense wait indeed. Best wishes for the next steps. We will all get there soon.
