    Thanks for that information Yeah our DQ was in January of this year i just dont know why it take so long is it the number of request or the lack of agents

    Yeah we still do not have interview yet and i dont know if it 12 month from the time the received the paper work or the time you finish the application with the NVC

    My wife did all her paper work for her NVC interview and finished in January and we still have not heard a word really what happing in the Cairo embassy. I have no I deal who to contact or what to due it been 7 month and nothing

    No it has not been booked at all this is crazy what im reading 10 months wow

    I DQed in January 3rd of this year so it taking people 5 months really this like crazy

    the NVC said that have all our documents and say now we are waiting for them to make a appointment. But it has been a month how long does it take to make appointment with eh embassy of Cairo it feels like a life time and i just changed position in my work so now cant even go see my wife monthly like i use too the time apart is so hard. Can any one tell me how long they waited after receive this email of documents complete.

    yes it not only Thursdays but every other Thursday and they are running about two month behind, for a document that takes them about 5 min that you fill out your self it is a complete waste of time but you have to have it

    Hi every one, I like what I have read, a lot of good information out there. So to the point I am a US citizen and I'm heading back to Egypt soon to hopefully marry my soon to be wife. I was not able to see a counselor last time due to not being able to make an appointment, which by the way is a nightmare. This time I have an appointment. The reason if for I can get my Free To marry Certificate for the US embassy. I have been married before and I have brough my divorce papers and my certificate of Islam. Is there any reason or has any one ever had a issue getting this Free to marry cert? If you have gotten it or had issue you please let me know. Me and the Fiancé are all in knots over this because this is now me 2nd time out there and we don't want to be disappointed.
