    Is there any time deadline from ECFMG to sponsorship J1? Would they sponsor J1 for a fellowship this time of the year?

    What would be the effect of mentioning a pending hardship waiver in the RFE for O1? I think they would already know, they can easily check in the system.

    I just wish all these lawyers I showed my cv to assess for O1 had told me truth.

    We responded to RFE on friday, and I signed J1 waiver papers too. Refiling wont help me if denied. I was going crazy. I was hypotensive, had diarrhea, and am taking sleep aid. I have to figure out where to spend the few months when i am out of status. I wish I had never applied this ext hardship waiver.

    Someone had shared a link few pages back how to DIY. Lawyers took 5k from someone few pages back.

    I have seen here people sending reminder emails/ expedite requests to DOS on that 212….. I myself have done that. just saw few videos that requesting DOS is waste of time. If expedite request has to be made, it should be made to USCIS.

    I know that and i was planning to go to another country. But this doesnt say that. It says as if j1 can not switch to O 1 because of the home residence requirement. Which the lawyer has said is not the law.

    @metehanHad you gotten RFE? which seviice center was you case at? I have gotten RFE. what speciality are you? I am Pathologist with 2 fellowships. I do not have very great research, have many posters and abstracts but few real articles. They have sent an RFEobjecting on everything. Even the contract and salary.
