  1. And have matching address state on state ID / DL. Matching her AR-11 and spouse's ID / DL
  2. No problem
  3. Nice, congratulations!!! As others can see, the estimate of 4 months was totally irrelevant.
  4. Do not rely on it. It must be undergoing maintenance. But it's never accurate. No need to worry. It would be better if it disappeared permanently as it doesn't give any value other than false info.
  5. Did you move since filing I-751 or N-400?
  6. Let us know if this estimate works in the end. I'm yet to see when it accurately predicted decision day.
  7. @mindthegap is the expert in this field. He had multiple denied I-751 petitions and travelled on extension letters. As long as you're not in removal proceedings, you should be able to travel.
  8. Estimated time is a joke. Somebody got message "Your case is taking longer" in their estimate status 9 days after filing. I wouldn't pay any attention to what it says.
  9. The estimated time is totally random number. People get naturalized while their estimate says 2 months to decision. Somebody got "your case is taking longer" 9 days after submitting application. It's not something I'd personally pay attention to.
  10. Just show up early. Worst case you'll have to wait extra 15 minutes. It's better than being late.
  11. How can you apply for N-400 if you only arrived 7 months ago? Something isn't adding up. You need to be both LPR and married to US citizen for 3 years to apply based on marriage.
  12. No employment and no income are two different things. Did you have taxable income that you did file taxes for? It's possible to have taxable income without employment. Example: you have a property you rent out in Philippines. Or you have $1000000 in stocks that pay you dividends. Or you inherited $100000 from uncle who passed away.
  13. Once I-485 was approved, the matter concluded and you don't have attorney representing you. There's nothing to do with G-28 unless you're hiring somebody to represent you for I-751.
  14. Sorry, there's two things that are not very clear: I'm assuming your saying the child is a US citizen by birth. Why does mom need to go to elementary school? I think what you mean is... Can mother stay in the US on tourist visa while a 6 year old child goes to school? The answer is no.
  15. I don't believe there is any other route available for them, at least no obvious one. If US citizen doesn't sponsor, not sure how else they can adjust.
  16. Form I-131 is used for variety of documents in different situations. Hence it is confusing. I-131 is applicable to somebody adjusting status. Type of application is 5.A in your case. You can only file I-131 after I-485 was filed or together with it. Cannot file I-131 before I-485.
  17. You must disclose it, it's not optional. Whether to get the docs now or not it's your call. If you're OK losing filing fee and reapplying for N-400 in the future, you can just see if it's going to skip through without issue or get denied. It appears like you got immigrant visa. If it was that bad, you would have not been issued visa. ~ Not a legal advice ~
  18. Oh, OK, you came on immigrant visa. It's good you disclosed it.
  19. 2. Yes. You should always disclose your arrests on immigration forms. I'm pretty sure I-485 would have asked about arrests too. Did you not mention it there? If not, you have a bigger issue (potential misrep)
  20. You should be in a much better situation due to length of your marriage compared to somebody who married just a little over 3 years ago. Good luck!
  21. WoM is Writ of Mandamus. Basically, you would sue USCIS for decision.
  22. Now that N-400 didn't push your I-751, maybe WoM is an option. I agree with @Crazy Cat it's likely going to result in combo interview.
  23. Estimates are highly unreliable
