  1. Triple check everything before sending it. Do not rely on answers by boundless who spend 2-5 minutes per form.
  2. Absolutely not. They are wrong. I wouldn't use boundless.com or notarios. They can screw up your fiance's immigration and not be accountable for it. Either hire a real immigration lawyer OR study forms yourself and do it propertly. I see major red flags based on what you're describing.
  3. Neither. You can download Tax Return Transcripts from IRS website for free.
  4. Either they didn't send it or USPS lost it. Just get the stamp and request replacement for your notice using the link I shared.
  5. Actually this notice is the extension letter. What happened to it? Was it delivered to wrong address? Did you move after filing I-751?
  6. Waivers are not easy to pull off and nobody is guaranteed to receive it.
  7. At that point they may be facing 3 or 10 year bar entering the US depending on how much unauthorized presence they had.
  8. She cannot bring what she doesn't have. But she can bring all she has. Most likely won't be needed, but may be requested.
  9. You cannot just print out the notice from online account to use to board the plane. The original letter is printed on watermarked protected paper. Even though some user reported success using it to board the planes, I know how strict airlines can be. I had all original documents and I still had delay getting on the plane. I also read on VJ how people with valid docs were denied boarding. Using printout is very risky, most likely won't be allowed to board the plane.
  10. The mail will list the documents. In general, she needs to bring all of her old passports and any ID cards issues by USCIS. Bring tax return transcipts for the past 3 or 5 years depending on what rule you're applying under. If it's 3 year rule based on marriage, you need to bring updated marital evidence.
  11. You don't need extension letter to leave the US. But if your GC is expired, you won't be allowed on the plane back to the US without expired GC and extension letter. If you manage to get stamp (which is only valid for a year) then you can travel with that. Also try filing Non-Delivery of notice form - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init This won't get your extension letter before the trip, but at least you'll receive it with validity of 4 years instead of asking for stamps every year.
  12. What's step 4? No way to know whether USCIS will waive interview or not. When waived, you get a decision instead of interview notice.
  13. You can either keep waiting or file WoM. Contacting congressman also works sometimes.
  14. Passport / Reentry permit / Refugee travel document expiration in less than 6 months may be a problem.
  15. ^^ This. Need to collect as much evidence of good faith marriage as possible. Then file for divorce in preparation for I-751 with divorce waiver filing. The time to file for divorce was yesterday...
  16. After 10 minutes it's impossible to edit post. If it's new, click on three dots and select Edit
  17. Only mention / give them if USCIS officer asks for it. By default just give your current GC and passport. Good luck!
  18. Yes, it's acceptable. I used affidavits in one of my petitions. I drafted them and the people signing them made a few corrections. My case got approved.
  19. So you're OK living limited life with possibility of deportation in the future? That's an uncertain future most of people are scared of.
