  1. I really don't like the lack of movement for WAC cases in 21XXX, 22XXX, 23XXX and 24XXX ranges yesterday and today. My thoughts on possible scenarios: 1. WAC taking a time to regroup and continue adjudicating cases 2. WAC adjuticating other cases (older or newer), putting these ranges on hold 3. WAC decided to completely forget about I-751s now that 48 month extensions were announced 4. There is an IT issue affecting their ability to adjudicate cases Will try watching it closely for few days. If no movement in mid March (for any cases in these ranges), I will consider filing N-400.
  2. N-400 under 3 year rule still requires bonafide marriage proof as well as evidence of marital union.
  3. Thank you for clarifying and sorry for assuming you made a mistake. Good luck with the interview !
  4. Doesn't apply to you. Only needed if you lived in the US as LPR between 18 and 26.
  5. You don't need it then.
  6. If you were married already, you were not free to marry in the US. You had to answer: - Single, never married - Divorced - Widowed If you answered married they could not marry you. Either way, what's done is done. Hopefully it won't cause any trouble to you or your family.
  7. Unless you provided USCIS with invalid marriage certificate from the US or used that date in any paperwork for them, you should be totally fine. When you were applying for marriage license in the US, why did you put "single" in your marital status when you were married? Good luck with the interview and make sure to be truthful in any other paperwork moving forward to avoid any issues in life an with law.
  8. 1. The answer is no, you answered correctly 2. Your marriage in the US was invalid. You were married 1 time. Bring marriage certificate from Argentina. The date of marriage is of wedding in Argentina. Make sure this is what you put on the form. You can bring errata sheet to interview and fix mistakes then.
  9. @ImigrationME yes, that's normal. Somebody at USCIS might have clicked buttons randomly while reviewing your case. Each of those clicks updated the status. I think you should rely on next notice of action letter that comes to you. It's likely going to be oath invitation.
  10. To get a passport you need to apply for it. Processing times can be found here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/processing-times.html
  11. No updates in WAC 19xxx range today as well as of 2:50 PM
  12. No updates in WAC 20XXX range today as well, as of 2:10 PM 💀
  13. No updates in 24XXX WAC range either. I hope it's not the case of one guy adjucating I-751s took a sick day 😃
  14. Today's WAC update for 22XXX and 23XXX ranges as of 1:20PM PT: NO NEW RFEs OR APPROVALS
  15. I think RFE should give instructions where to reply.
  16. No, it's not advisable to travel just with passport and notice of action. ADIT (I-551) stamp is required.
  17. Read the message from USCIS
  18. 1. Call every day 2. Try walking in to USCIS office without appointment It helps to book flights (get fully refundable tickets in case if your plans change) to demonstrate you have upcoming travel that you need the stamp for. Good luck!
  19. Are you changing name as part of your naturalization?
  20. Yes, you can take a short trip between those. Sometimes oath is on the same day as N-400 interview. Make sure you don't do it on that day, because they you MUST exit and re-enter the US on US passport, and it takes time to get.
  21. I'd do either 2 or 3, leaning towards 2. I don't think it would hurt uploading it now plus copy of its approval form for I-751. I wouldn't replace existing docs, though I don't think it would be an issue. Whichever thing you do, you're good and it won't make much difference in the end. Good luck!
  22. You already asked this question and got solid answers Don't waste time, you got to act.
  23. Technically, you're LPR and visa should have become invalid. Does it not have any stamp invalidating it?
