Haha I wonder if it suggested the owner to barf on the tile after a night out 🤣

I asked it to analyze a couple of Dr Dre and Eminem's songs and asked to write its own lyrics. It first refused, saying it would he copyright issue bla bla bla, but I managed to convince it to write one. It was funny and lame 😃 I asked whether it could make it more "serious" and "close to reality" and it would refuse saying it's too violent.

I had a funny request asking it to write a sequel to "War and Peace". Just to give you some context, it includes about 1200 pages. Obviously, a ridiculous request, but I was curious what it would respond with. It said it couldn't do it because it was a violation of copyright. I replied that's a lie since it was written in 19th century and no longer was covered by copyright. In its turn ChatGPT said in its opinion it's not a moral thing to do... I asked how come it's talking about moral, since it shouldn't have an opinion. Then it just said it won't 😃
  4. I guess one could ask the question "How many online cases have you filed so far and how did they go?" when talking to a lawyer before hiring them. I do not have a strong preference to method of filing, as long as the end result is success and whoever files it for me has attention to detail required. Out of curiosity, did you have a chance to review everything before attorney submitted it? Did you have to do one-time access stuff? How easy is it so save a copy of everything submitted to PDF?

Attempt #2 after asking to imagine ChatGPT was as a human: "As an AI language model, I don't have the ability to imagine or pretend to be a human, but I can provide some insights to help someone make an informed choice in this poll. If I were a cat owner and had to choose one of the options listed in the poll, I would vote for option 10, "On ceramic, tile, or wooden floor." This is because these surfaces are relatively easy to clean and disinfect, and it's less likely that the vomit will leave a stain or damage the surface. While it's not uncommon for cats to vomit on occasion, frequent vomiting may indicate a health issue that requires veterinary attention. It's also important to ensure that your cat has access to clean water and appropriate food, and to monitor their eating habits to prevent them from eating things they shouldn't. It's important to clean up any vomit promptly and thoroughly to prevent the spread of germs and odors. Using a cleaner specifically designed for pet stains and odors can be helpful in ensuring that the area is properly cleaned and disinfected. Overall, it's important to provide cats with a safe and clean environment, as well as regular veterinary care, to ensure their health and well-being." Much better IMO 😃 So from what I understood, ChatGPT thinks owner can choose where the cat is going to barf. Please, USCIS, don't ever consider using ChatGPT for adjudicating cases 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Attempted question 1. Here's dry response: "As an AI language model, I don't have a cat, so I can't vote in this poll. However, I can provide some general insights. Cats can vomit for various reasons, such as eating too fast, eating something they shouldn't, or having an underlying health issue. In general, it's best to monitor your cat's eating habits and seek veterinary attention if you notice a change in their behavior or if they're vomiting frequently. As for where cats may vomit, the options listed in the poll cover some common areas. It's important to clean up any messes promptly to prevent the spread of germs and odors. If your cat is vomiting frequently, you may want to consider adjusting their diet or seeking veterinary advice. In general, it's best to provide cats with a clean, comfortable, and safe environment that meets their needs, including access to a litter box, fresh water, and appropriate food. Regular veterinary checkups can also help ensure your cat's health and well-being."
  7. Don't worry you'll get your receipt eventually. You were probably right not pressuring the attorney to file electronically. The process for filing electronically via attorney is a bit cumbersome. There's a lot of little steps and cooperation between client and attorney in order for client to track the case in their account. Just take a look here Additionally, if attorney is not confident filing electronically they can make easy mistakes affecting application. After the file is in the system, it shouldn't matter whether it was submitted electronically or on paper. Good luck!
  8. No, but bring them to N-400 interview just in case.
  9. @pm5k didn't mention whether the friend presented expired GC along with valid extension letter. If only extension was shown, I can see why he was given trouble.
  10. You do not have to be separated to use MFS. It's a tax strategy which is perfectly legal. It's used when one spouse has a lot of deductions for medical charges for example. Single or Married File Separate? I hope you're not using the terms interchangeably. They mean different things, and again you don't have to be separated to use MFS. MFS only works for some situations. MFJ works for majority cases.
  11. @Crazy Cat's wife did it. You'll either get I-751 approved before N-400 interview, or you will have an RFE or interview for I-751 on same or different day. Pretty much, similar to filing under 3 year rule in this case. Only you have less evidence to provide for N-400 itself.
  12. @dleen congratulations with immigration journey coming to the end! Thank you for sharing the experience in great detail. Why were you surprised to get a combo I-751 & N-400? Everybody with pending ROC should expect it, though it's not guaranteed to happen. You didn't have a lawyer present, did you? The questions about your wife's health was ridiculous and unnecessary.
  13. Alien Number appears on various documents, including immigrant visa, some student visas, Green Card etc. Does your friend have Alien Number? If not, there's nothing to provide.
  14. Where does it ask for green card details? The form asks for Alien Number. And says "if applicable".
  15. That is aweful... Did you change address? Did you have USPS Informed Delivery enabled and showing the mail arriving?
  16. Did your friend bring expired GC along with extension letter?
  17. 2 x new approvals in lower WAC 20XXX range today 2 x new RFEs in lower WAC 20XXX range today
  18. 1 x new approval in lower WAC 23XXX range as of today.
  19. This happens quite a lot recently. Here are examples :
  20. I'd say do it after naturalizing though legal name change via court. Probably not going to happen between N-400 approval and Oath.
  21. You're going to be fine. Make sure you file it with payment this time. Double check all the versions of forms, some may have been updated, so you need to include new forms.
  22. Unless they're in the US they cannot become US citizens or GC holders through their father.
  23. Children could become naturalized whenever he becomes a US citizen. But that only works if they live in his custody in the US. So he could sponsor them for Green Cards now as a father. Did he list them in his immigration paperwork? If not, it's a big problem.
