  1. 1. The answer is no, you answered correctly 2. Your marriage in the US was invalid. You were married 1 time. Bring marriage certificate from Argentina. The date of marriage is of wedding in Argentina. Make sure this is what you put on the form. You can bring errata sheet to interview and fix mistakes then.
  2. @ImigrationME yes, that's normal. Somebody at USCIS might have clicked buttons randomly while reviewing your case. Each of those clicks updated the status. I think you should rely on next notice of action letter that comes to you. It's likely going to be oath invitation.
  3. To get a passport you need to apply for it. Processing times can be found here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/processing-times.html
  4. No updates in 24XXX WAC range either. I hope it's not the case of one guy adjucating I-751s took a sick day 😃
  5. Today's WAC update for 22XXX and 23XXX ranges as of 1:20PM PT: NO NEW RFEs OR APPROVALS
  6. I think RFE should give instructions where to reply.
  7. No, it's not advisable to travel just with passport and notice of action. ADIT (I-551) stamp is required.
  8. 1. Call every day 2. Try walking in to USCIS office without appointment It helps to book flights (get fully refundable tickets in case if your plans change) to demonstrate you have upcoming travel that you need the stamp for. Good luck!
  9. Yes, you can take a short trip between those. Sometimes oath is on the same day as N-400 interview. Make sure you don't do it on that day, because they you MUST exit and re-enter the US on US passport, and it takes time to get.
  10. I'd do either 2 or 3, leaning towards 2. I don't think it would hurt uploading it now plus copy of its approval form for I-751. I wouldn't replace existing docs, though I don't think it would be an issue. Whichever thing you do, you're good and it won't make much difference in the end. Good luck!
  11. You already asked this question and got solid answers Don't waste time, you got to act.
  12. Technically, you're LPR and visa should have become invalid. Does it not have any stamp invalidating it?
  13. I wouldn't stop caring about I-751. Ultimately N-400 will depend on I-751 approval. Here is a good story about pending I-751 and N-400: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/790611-my-wife-doesnt-know-if-she-passed-her-citizenship-test/ Not saying the OP there didn't care, but definitely could have watched the I-751 case closer and do all the necessary steps to get it approved.
  14. - Joined taxes? - Any trips together? Plane tickets? - Any mail addressed to both of you? - Any purchases charged to his card showing you as recipient or vice versa? - Did you have any memberships together? - Did you have any marriage councelling sessions? - Any medical bills showing both names? Your lawyer is right, this is a difficult case to win if all you have is old photos and few affidavits. His affidavit is important, but you need more. Update: saw more stuff you listed. Did you provide that to lawyer? You may need to search harder for evidence. Maybe there's emails you exchanged or invitation letters you received to various events? With under 3 months of cohibitation in the US and limited evidence, there's arguably not much you can do to get conditions removed. But you can try fighting and winning.
  15. You must have seen messages "Decision cannot be made" on citizenship forum? One person described it as if IO almost lost his temper when found out about pending I-751 during N-400 interview. Update: it looks like that N-400 got approved after delay: So yes, not sure why Mr Hacking insists on filing N-400 after I-751 approval. There is a small risk of I-751 getting delayed because of that, but not always.
  16. Happened to a lot of people. Just an IT problem on USCIS end.
  17. Unless your job requires crossing border, even if extension letter expires, you have nothing to worry about. For I-9 verification, all you need is valid DL / state ID and unrestricted SS card. You can get both now. I got unrestricted SS card in 2020 and updated DL in 2021. CA DMV gave me new DL expiring in 2026. When I changed jobs last year, I told new employer I was LPR and provided DL + SS card. No GC was shown or asked in the process. You should be able to get I-551 stamp or extension letter regardless of your N-400 as long as I-751 is pending.
  18. To be fair, we don't know when he recorded it. Many YouTubers prerecord their content. I think all we can say - it's a lottery. @Olga&Jared somebody replied in thread about 48 month extensions that tier 1 told them to call back when their 24 month extension is about to expire before requesting 48 month extension. I was kind of not a big fan of applying for N-400 because of "decision cannot be made" stories. However, the more I observe the more I see there are no clear rules or patterns. You should think of applying for citizenship if that's what your goal is. At least you could start online application (without submitting it) and gather all evidence.
  19. I scanned 24xxx range and noticed two approvals in upper range dated Jan 25 and Jan 28. Very lucky ppl.
