  1. Sometimes IO at USCIS takes away expired GC when issuing the stamp. That's not a very desirable thing to happen IMHO if 48 month extension is in hand.
  2. No. Usually NOA1 comes first, then biimetrics appointment or reuse letter.
  3. @Beruang101 the biometric fees usually are not waived for I-751, unless you're over certain age. Have you included the fees wirh your petition?
  4. 1. Was it prescribed by a doctor? 2. Is this a controlled substance?
  5. You're probably overthinking. I'm not sure what you would have gained by filing as a US citizen vs LPR. If there was no benefit to it, and you fixed it, I don't think it should be a huge deal.
  6. Provide I-693 as requested and deal with anything else later, IF it ever becomes a problem. I'd recommend getting a fresh medical exam and get all the vaccines (if told by doctor) to ensure your case is approved.
  7. That doesn't mean much. It all depends on your local field office and how busy they are.
  8. It's a black box. You may or may not get biometrics reused. Always be ready to get appointment letter.
  9. +100 I'd add digital copies on laptop, in the cloud, phone and USB memory stick
  10. - Affidavits - Annotated photos (date, location, event, who is on photo) on paper, 2-3 per page - Tickets showing you visiting her and vice versa - Tickets for events you attended - Marriage certificate - Docs showing any stuff related to wedding (venue, invitations) - Emails or messages exchanged between you and her - Your receipts for the ring you have for proposal or purchase of wedding bands - Any receipts of gifts or flowers you sent her or her giving you gifts As soon as you marry you must open joint bank accounts and start co-mingling finances. Even if she doesn't have job, still get the money put into the joint account. Call utility companies and add her on bills. Add her on your medical insurance. Get her ID or DL from DMV and have that address match address on your ID, e.g. place where you live. Adding her on the lease can be done today. Just speak to your landlord. That's one of the biggest evidences of you living together you may have.
  11. Today's update for WAC 22XXX range as of 2:50 PM PT: 1 x new withdrawal acknowledgement notice in lower range (I guess somebody is divorcing and converting I-751 or doesn't want to be LPR anymore) 3 x new approvals in upper range
  12. Today's update for WAC 23xxx range as of 2:43PM PT: 1 x new approved case in upper range
  13. Could be another 6-10 months. You'll have to get interview at local field office and it all depends on how busy it is.
  14. Probably that's the reason your case is scrutinized a bit more. Also, are you still married and was it a joint I-751 petition?
  15. No, I-539 is not applicable. It's for extending a non-immigrant status. Totally irrelevant to you because you're LPR. Ask for InfoPass when you call the USCIS number.
  16. Looks like they're just busy or don't want people to message them too often. What is the issue with your case? Maybe there are other options.
  17. Looks like USCIS don't want to deal with any more messages due to the volume they're receiving. Did you submit any enquiry before ? Did you get answer for it?
  18. 2021 filer, haven't received 48 month extension. Only original 24 month.
  19. 1. Call USCIS and request 48 month extension letter. If not, at least get Infopass appointment at your local field office to receive I-551 (ADIT) stamp 2. When filing N-400, include copy of I-751 receipt and in cover letter explain you still have ROC pending, asking for combo interview. Of course, include all the bonafide marriage evidence in N-400.
