    0. Did you submit I-131 with your AzoS packet? If you didn't, I highly suggest filing it with a copy of I-485 receipt. It's free. 1. How did you find your civil surgeon? Was it on USCIS website? 2. Who says the vaccines expired? Civil surgeon? Did they skip some vaccines during your exam? This may explain RFE for I-693. Maybe try to get the list of vaccines from them. If they sound sketch, you may want to redo entire medical with a more credible surgeon from USCIS website. Understandably, it's a lot of money, but you may lose your status, AOS filing fees and few years of your life if USCIS isn't happy about the current medical. 3. Are you sure apart from messy forms, your joint sponsors are eligible to sponsor you?

    What's the problem with printing 150 pages? You don't need them to be in color. Single sided, b&w costs $34.50 at Fedex near me for 150 pages. That's cheaper than my grocery run or few drinks at a bar. Not even a dinner for 2. Just print them all and earn that $34.50 back in few hours of work. Do not go with this plan of landscape / doublesided printing. USCIS will have difficulty scanning it into the system and this may hurt your case and certainly processing time. Don't jeopardize your $595 filing fee, few years of your life and immigration status over $30-40 in savings.

    @Vickys_Mom appreciate the detailed reply with explanation on how to navigate this situation. I'm just saying it's a serious question. If anybody said "yes" to questions about genocide, war crimes, terrorism, I wouldn't expect USCIS approving somebody on a spot. Communist question also sets all sorts of alerts and make IO take sweet time deciding the case. It's all speculation as we don't know what online status says for OP's MIL.

    I think out of all ideas, this is the one that's actually worth investing time and money in. I doubt they'll get US tourist visas otherwise.

    I don't believe you have any control over oath dates. Even if you submitted the N-600K for both children on the same day.

    Only coming to the US on immigrant visa or adjusting your status from non-immigrant to immigrant requires medical exam. I-751, N-400 don't require medical exam.

    Does the online status say the I-485 is approved? Verbal approval is not always reliable. Sometimes people get opposite decisions to what IO says or promises. If approved according to online status, expect to receive the card within a month.

    That seems like a serious question. Did your MIL have any supporting evidence she was NOT a member of a communist party? I think US immigration laws make such people inadmissible to the US. USCIS may take their sweet time trying to research MIL's background further to ensure she indeed wasn't a member. If you don't receive a decision in few months, you may want to sue USCIS.

    For bank statements etc, did you submit all pages of each statement? Did you submit all the statements for a given period of time or just a few random ones? Consistency is important.

    Did you file form G-1145 with your I-751?

    Does the question ask about immigrant petitions or just any petition? If it's about immigrant petition and nobody ever filed anything else for the kids, then the answer is No. K-1 ans K-2 are non immigrant visas.
