    N-400 says you don't need to list it. However, if asked about trips in interview, you need to remember dates whether it was over or under 24 hrs trip.

    1 - You can bring tax return transcripts to the interview. 2 - Important Here is my experience applying under 5 year rule while married to USC: The difference is, I always filed taxes MFJ, and uploaded them as I filed N-400. Good luck!

    You have to redo the form is there is new form available. Personal check is the best, but of course you need to make sure you have money in account.

    If you have a completed and signed I-693 in your hand, bring it to the interview. If it is not complete or not signed, then yes get new one from civil surgeon.

    Agreed on this one. The only time I didn't file taxes myself it was through HR block. And I ended up owing taxes few months later as they were filed incorrectly. The guy just clicked few buttons and we were done in 10 minutes. Filing myself it takes 2-3 hrs, by taxes are done correctly with max deductions. HR block for taxes are like notarios for immigration cases.

    Regarding biometrics, you never know, but it's a fair assumption. Receipts tend to take 2-8 weeks. May be on a longer side if you asked for fee reduction or fee waiver.

    Yep. Don't share date, time, location and your name. But at least text So bring it. How long ago did you do I-693? After April 2024, it doesn't expire so no need to get a new one if it's complete.

    Were all vaccinations completed on I-693? Wad the form completed by civil surgeon? Does USCIS have your I-693 now or you never sent it after it was rejected?

    That's good. Nobody can guarantee anything, but your case looks better VS somebody who plead guilty.

    Dismissed means a lot of different things. Were you found guilty or were you acquitted?

    Thank you very much! Exactly my thoughts. I was ready to defend myself with tons of evidence. I prepared all possible answers. I'm glad attorney saved me time and nerves during the interview though 😃

    No, it shouldn't be an issue. Bring paperwork for passport renewal to prove your passport is at embassy.

    It shouldn't. Make sure to give all correct answers on N-400. Check form multiple times before submitting.

    Please stop worrying! MyProgress tab estimates don't mean anything! It's a random number that keeps jumping up and down. My estimate for N-400 was 7 months, process took 3.5 months. On day of oath, MyProgress showed 3 weeks until decision. @Edward and Jaycel also had 7 months estimate for their EAD on day the received the card! Be prepared for AOS to take 12 months. And for EAD about 6 months. If it comes sooner - great.

    Yes, fraud is investigated thouroughly, especially with asulym applications. Assumption that judges give out asylum like a candy is a wrong one.
