Hi guys, I received my EAD card but not the SSN yet ,
so I went to the ssa office to apply for my SSN, I gave the woman who works there my EAD card and also my birth certificate, and then she told me that" it's not verified"! eventually she said we'll send ur documents including the EAD card to the immigration to verify that,
I really get confused bcuz I thought after I have my EAD card I could get my SSN simply
Anyone guys have any idea about that please ? -

Hi guys
for filling out the Adjustment of status, my wife is a us citizen is it ok for her to use her maiden name on the form instead of her new married name? -
Can anyone please guys tell me what I have to do, bcuz on the AoS they mentioned a medical form called I693 ,
does that mean that I should do a medical exam in the us bcuz I already have my vaccination worksheet DS-3025 which I did it overseas ?

Hi guys, when I filled out the i129f petition I put a middle name which is my father name, but it doesn't match with my full name in the passport which is only "given name+ family name"
So I'm wondering if I should put the middle name when I fill out for the adjustment of status bcuz I'm concerned if later the USCIS will include the middle name and it's not gonna match with my passport name ?

You should fill your AOS forms with your legal full name, which is the one that you have in your goverment IDs (like your passport). They are going to ask for your marriage certificate, passport bio, I-94 and birth certificate to match your legal name, so I'd do that to avoid the possibility of getting an RFE!
