I thank everyone for mixed feelings and comments concerning the FRAUD INTERVIEW case I posted July last year. I believe this's serve as an experience to everyone. Eventually I was scheduled for the said interview( Fraud Interview / Second Interview), but seems to me as an interaction specifically based on some intimate questions like "did you have SEX with your wife etc". The fraud interview went fine on September 12,2023. December 12,2023 US-EMBASSY Lagos called me that my VISA was ready but my medical remained 6 days to expire, and that if I could still make it or I go for another medical, I chose the second option, I went for my medicals, and on February 2, 2024 I got my VISA. I arrived in USA March 3rd. Glory be to God am now living happily with my wife, yesterday I got my US-Green Card. Contrary to some bad feelings, insinuation and derogatory statements from you guys, NOT EVERY MARRIAGE ARE STAGED & FRAUD INTERVIEW DOESN'T MEAN YOU NECESSARILY COMMIT FRAUD AS IT IMPLIES.

When u get there they will give you a template of the letter. Don't go to those rats/touts outside o. Go inside office. Ask for true certified copy office.

I paid 30k. If u go with photocopy of the original MC, u don't need anything except to write a authorization letter requesting for the true copy. Thanks. Good luck

Thanks for your message. According to our lawyer, she(my wife) met with the threshold of Sponsoring an alien, she made $70,000 in 2022. So she concluded that the consular officer made mistake on that. But this fraud issue, I don't know what's really going on. Pls what can we do?

No I have not applied for VISA before. Have never married. She asked when did my wife go for vacation, I said March this year to Sierra Leone, she said why didn't she come to my country or me join her? I said she went for building project and my leave was denied by my employer.

After my interview, consular officer wrote "will be contacted by our fraud office". Also asked to find joint sponsor. For how long will it take the fraud office contact us? Interview date was in Lagos, Nigeria. My wife is currently disturbed.

I was scheduled for interview in July, but my wife couldn't find our marriage certificate(still searching for it though), can I go with a scanned copy? Hope it's acceptable? I need urgent responses to this. US-Embassy in Lagos, Nigeria.
