  1. Hello, I would like clarification if possible. 1. I am completing Form I-130 and we did not have anyone interpret the forms, so should I leave that blank? Overall my husband understands English and understood the form. In the case he didn't understand I assisted, but it was minor. Should I leave it blank or put myself? 2. Is form 130A supposed to be completed by my husband (I am his beneficiary). I am sorry if that question seems obvious, I've read and re-read this document https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf, but the vocabulary in form 130-A is confusing in that it says spouse beneficiary, that means my husband, correct? Thank you for any help!
  2. Hello, I am an American married to a Peruvian. We both reside in Peru. He has a b1/b2 tourist visa, and we would like to begin the green card process. The USCIS office has closed in Peru and I am wondering if it is possible to complete the green card process with both of us residing within Peru. Am I able to file I-130 petition from Peru? Can we complete the other steps from here as well? Thank you, Bridget
