I don’t have birth certificate and my local city municipality in India is not providing any non availability of birth certificate as they don’t have any evidence. I have all the other school records, PAN card, and affidavits from parents stating born at home as secondary proof of my birth. Im currently in USA on H1B and My wife has submitted my family based green card application through direct filing and currently it is under processing. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do now so that I have enough evidence in hand for my birth certificate before the interview date. I am not sure the documents I have are enough or if anyone has recently faced similar situation, please share your experience. Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestion and feedback 🙏🏻
