You mean stamps with entry into US, correct. Apparently they don't stamp the passport anymore, so the new passport of my mom doesn't have any entry stamps. Should we then include Travel History from I94?

So each form needs a copy of passport even I131 so with each form did you send a full copy, my parent's passport has 65 pages.

USCIS website only has a way to calculate fees for I485, however, looks like each of I864, I131 also have fees associated with them. We are planning to fill form G-1450, is there a fee calculator on USCIS that let's us include all the forms we plan to fill out to get a total fee amount.

For both petitioner and sponsor, USCIS requirements say photopy of passport. Does that mean full copy of every page of passport or just first 2 and last 2 pages of passport?

Ready to submit I130, petitioning for my parent. Uploaded all the necessary evidences. It brough me to review screen but never asked to upload photos. I thought we are required to upload our photos?

Looked at the secondary evidence and we did get affidavits from 2 relatives who were present at the time of her birth.

This is a recently ordered birth certificate and was done at the local authority of the city where she was born, the authority designated to generate birth certificates. However, their argument is they only do late registrations of birth with what the current documented name of the person is, not what it was at the time of the birth.

She has a recently generated birth certificate, which the local authorities issued in the current name. Hence the maiden name is not on her borth certificate.

hi @ApplicantX can you help with waht did you end up doing for address history? Did you include US address? Also do we need to include any of the addresses they stayed while visiting other countries?

Hello, I have a questions on form I485, doing AOS for mom. Part 1 2a: did you mention your mom's maiden name? My mom doesn't have any document to show this, so will it be better to leave it out? Part 2: 3 and 4, do we get this right away after we submit I130? I have not yet submitted it? or do we need to wait until we have these numbers? Part 3: 5,6,7: Address history, my mom travels alot, and stays for extended period like 3-4months with my other sibling in a different country. Do we write her addresses from travel history or this only refers to addresses that are domiciled home? Also, do we need full hisotry of I94 or just the latest I94.

Hello. My birth certificate that was provided at the time of my birth only has first name of mum. My mum was able to arrange a new birth certificate for me with her full name, however, now should I submit both the birth certificates with a letter explaining? This is to make sure I don't get an RFE.
