  1. @AGF what questions did officer asked you and your husband in general about I-751 and what documents did you take with you?
  2. @AGF Congratulation! did it mentioned in interview letter that you would have combo interview?
  3. @scania & @ct38956 Looks like we all have interviews in Newark on the same day. Best of luck to you guys, what documents are you taking in the interview day? do you have a pending I-751? If you do have pending I-751, did the interview letter mention anything about a combo interview?
  4. Hi Everyone, I just received my interview letter today. It mentions that I need Selective Service Registration in the interview letter. 1. I am female 2. I was 27 years old when I entered the US. Do I still need to register for selective service? Thank you
  5. @scania when in September did you file N-400? I am in Newark for September as well. Do you have the combo interview with I-751?
  6. @Cal&So can you please provide your timeline for N-400 at the Newark office? I was looking online and just saw the interview for July filers in the Newark office. Just saw that you are an August filer and have an interview in the Newark office. Can you please provide a timeline as to when in August you receive the interview letter, when you have the interview etc? Thank you!
  7. Hi friends, i went to NJ DMV to transfer my out of state driver license. However, they said that they cannot provide me real id driver license with extension letter for I-751. They rather offered me standard drivers license without real id logo. I told them expired Greencard with extension letter is same as unexpired Greencard. However, they said that is what they have been doing for everyone who comes out there with extension letter and expired greencard. This was very surprising, anyone in the same boat in new jersey? thank you!
  8. @Crazy Cat I was wondering how would USCIS know that I moved to a new state on the 25th of May without presenting a document proof. I am not sure if I even need to show them any evidence of moving to a new state. As far as I understand that if one moves before filing N400 then the individual has to wait for 3 months before filing N400 in that state. What documents do I need to present to prove that it has been 3 months in that state or do I even need any documentation proof? Any enlightenment would be good. Thank you!
  9. Hi Everyone, Coming to this forum after a year. I have a quick question on N400 filing as I am sure you all are in the same stage of the application process. So I recently moved to a new state and I am confused about when should I file my N400 and what documents should I submit to show that I have been in the new state for at least 3 months, so here are some facts: So my permanent residency anniversary for 3 years rule is on November 6th, 2023 so I can file 90 days early so which means I can file N400 as early as August 8th, 2023. However, since I moved to a new state from Texas on 25 May 2023 so adding 3 months to the date would be August 25th, 2023. Therefore, I am planning to file after 25th August 2023. 1. Does this date look good, Am I calculating it correctly? or Am I missing anything? 2. What documents do I need to submit on my N400 to prove that it has been 3 months since my residency in the new state? I would appreciate your feedback, Thank you!
  10. Hi August 2022 Filers, Hope you all are doing good. It is hot out here in Texas. I will be sending my packet on or during second week of August this year. I wanted to touch base on what are some of the important documents that you have gathered, that we must include in our I-751 packet? Similarly, I will be sending my packet from Dallas, TX. I was wondering which service center my packet is most likely to land into? Appreciate your input, Thanks!
