  1. We are facing a similar situation as well. Our scheduled interview was set for the 10th at 6:30 AM, assuming our case would be 'Case Ready' by then. However, our case wasn't marked as ready until around 8:30 AM on the 10th. At that point, we were concerned that we would be wasting time by going for the interview because we were already over an hour late. Initially, we planned to reschedule later in the week, but we encountered difficulties finding our case at step 8 during the rescheduling process. To address this issue, we submitted a ticket and were informed that they would escalate it to have the 'No Show Tagging' removed from our account. However, it has been four days since our last communication with them, and we haven't received any updates yet. We have spoken to a few other individuals who seem to be in a similar predicament. One person mentioned that the embassy advised her to edit her schedule. After contacting the embassy, she was able to resolve the issue within just three days. It's unclear what exactly is happening in our case, as there is limited information available. If you make any progress in resolving this matter, please update us here, and we will do the same.
  2. Check your CEAC messages it appears a large group of us from the Facebook Group have received messages today informing that our case has been expedited! Note: We got documents approved (NVC) 4/18
  3. We had some legal documents that was not submitted correctly (I only included 1 page that I thought would be all that is required) they however wanted the whole document.
  4. I submitted copies of our RFE material both Online and via Mail however our RFE had already been approved before the mailed copy had arrived so I would imagine submitting online would be sufficient enough. Edit: I also included in the Online Copy a cover letter explaining that I also mailed the evidence as well, we just wanted to be 100% for sure that everything would go over smoothly.
  5. Around two weeks after contacting them they sent me an email with a USCIS Privacy Form to sign on the 27th, then the timeline in my original post started.
  6. Our case had been stagnant until we reached out to our Congressman for help. While I cannot confirm that the process began to move forward solely due to the Congressman's inquiry, we did receive an RFE shortly after contacting them. We promptly responded to the RFE, and ultimately received approval. Below is a summary of our timeline, and I wish everyone the best of luck in their own process. Receipt Notice: 3/8/22 Congressman Involved: 2/27/23 RFE: 3/17/23 Respond to RFE: 3/18/23 Approval: 3/21/23
  7. ++ Contact Your Congressman -- My partner and I decided to contact our congressman (KY), and to our surprise, we received a Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS the following week. While our case did not make it to the National Visa Center (NVC) yet, we are grateful to see some progress. Moreover, we discovered that our case was transferred from the California Service Center to the Texas Service Center (originally processed in Nebraska).
