    Wow, the speed at which this process can move is so refreshing after the long K1 wait! We mailed our AOS/EAD/AP application packet on 12/29, got a receipt date of 1/2/24, had biometics this past Monday, and today we were notified that Employment Authorization and Advance Parole have been approved! Just over a month and we've already made huge progress! Sending positive vibes to all others with AOS/EAD/AP pending - don't give up hope!

    Just to share a bit of good news - I got notice today that our petition has been sent to the consulate! We had an NOA2 date of 3/2/23, and hadn't received any notification from NVC prior to today, despite repeated inquires. It's like it went straight from nothing at all to in transit. Wishing the best to all of you, with hope that your petitions are sent very soon! Now, I guess we begin the long wait for an interview in Ciudad Juarez...

    Just checked case status and our application was approved yesterday!!! We had a December 27th receipt date. Just wanted to thank all the people in this community who have continued to give us both hope and accurate information. You are all so appreciated. I hope that every single one of you gets approved very soon as well.
